Can't wait to watch the first half replay. I heard the play on the radio when Suggs stopped the run in the backfield. I want to see it so bad. Sizzlee!!!!

There are a couple of guys that I think deserve to be included.
Alex Lewis. A fourth round draft pick that makes the loss of KO inconsequential.

With the loss of Watson, I think Waller's stock rises. As a bonus, he is solid on special teams.

Just when I have been very critical of OZ recents drafts, he finds a 5th round diamond in Judon and 4th round steals like Moore, Lewis, and Dixon.

Terrence needs to take a remedial tennis ball drill. That drill was designed exactly for the pick he missed.

For the 3rd week in a row, the rookies really stood out. 6 rookies had substantial PT with the 1’s in the first half and impressed.
- Chris Moore showed nice hands and route running ability – he’ll be a mismatch problem in the slot
- Matt Judon got to play with the 1’s as promised and looked the part
- Ken Dixon is clearly #2 RB and was ascending to #1. Hope the knee is not serious
- Tavon Young was in the nickle rotation with the 1’s and never got picked on
- The All Rookie left side of the OL was solid. Stanley was superb. Lewis seemed to miss a couple blocking assignments but overall was solid.

well, let's not crown anyone pro bowler yet, but the 4 you mention look like they have potential. the frustrating thing about that is, they seem to be finding mediocre players in the early rounds, and solid contributors in the later rounds. (outside of staley) i guess its a crapshoot no matter where you select them.

Jensen has been awful.

So awful he had the highest rating by PFF this week for the Ravens offense .  One play doesn't make a guy awful.  Body of work.

I just don't see it with MALLETT,the ball to BUTLER was over thrown,if not for BUTLER becoming SUPERMAN and laying out,it would not of been a TD. he looked indecisive at times to me,JOE had a few 3 and outs and the defense other than a few bright spots still couldn't stop the run,JUDONS great, but if people are happy with that overall performance, then were in trouble as a franchise.

flacco did not have a single 3 and out - he had two drives and both went down the field for field goals

and apart from 2 runs the lions broke off (1 by abdullah and 1 by theo riddick which was a terrible missed tackle in the hole) we kept their run game pretty under wraps

Quarterbacks can't throw a perfect pass everytime. In some situations, sometimes just get enough for the recievers to make a play on it to make the catch. I do agree on shorting up the run defense and also tighten up the secondary. Overall, they did not play that bad to be honest. We did have opportunity to intercept the ball few times like the likes of Brooks and Jimmy Smith.

Yep. I really like this draft class and Ozzie find lots of talent in the later rounds but the only draft pick that is still question with is the Correa pick where we could've draft Myles Jack and would've been set a LB along with CJ Mosley but it's too early for that. I'm gonna give Correa a chance because he might become a good football player.

I am liking what I am seeing so far, however I still have some concerns.
1) Will Joe and the offense be able to consistently score td's in the Red Zone, or will it be more of the same, settling for 3's...and
2) With Wright in there as our 2nd CB, will he improve his game? This is a glaring weakness so far, Do we have better options?
3) Whats up with the tackling? This is the Nfl, not high school ball

Hensley reports Elam's probably gonna be waived/injured. If he clears waivers he'll be placed on the IR.

Don't know what game you were watchin brother. Check the qb ratings. We won 30-9...didn't allow a touchdown and are now 3-0. Yes preseason doesn't mean much and we have some work to do but saying were in trouble is just ridiculous. This is easily a playoff caliber team if we stay healthy. And this year we have more depth if key guys do go down. The main thing we need to clean up is getting off the feild on third down. And that jernigan penalty just can't happen. Its becoming a legitimate pattern with him making bonehead penalties and if he doesn't get his head on straight he will be spending alot of time riding the bench. Other than that we have ALOT to be excited about. We have gotten younger and faster but still have key veterans. This will be a dangerous team.

Personally, I was really hoping they had drafted Sterling Shepard in the second, he was available, even after they traded back the first time. Correa seems more menacing in the practices vs games so far. Hopefully he can translate more production into the games.

Butler showing up feels like a coming out party is about to happen this year. Levine is playing energized football and seeing the field well. Gotta love seeing Judon doing what he does best against ones. Hopefull for Dixon breturning by week 1.

Sterling is ridiculous. I was calling it before the draft and I stand by it 100 % even now before 1 regular season game has been played. He is the best WR from this draft class. He looks like a SSS replica, except I doubt he has quite the attitude. I was really hoping we picked him in the 2nd too. CBs are gonna have a lot fun covering Beckam and Shepard.....jeez

In what universe did allen play well? :/ he was below average

Seriously. We people value him way too much. I think he's a below average runner, good pass catcher, and decent special teamer. Wish we could trade him to the pats or panthers or something for a 5th rounder

Maybe Jeremy Butler can be the big bodied WR we need that Joe can toss it up to to make contested catches, especially in the red zone. I don't think preseason proves that though. I know we have a numbers game going at a few positions but I would love it if we traded for Jalen Strong! It makes too much sense. He'll never be higher on their depth chart with 2 first round picks and now a 2nd rounder, Braxton Miller taking over the slot. He would be the perfect compliment for the future with Moore. The guy can ball if he's motivated and is in shape. I thought he might go in the first round. Moore, Perriman, and Strong for Joe for the fuure would be sooo sweet

Thank you for not going overboard on Levine. Judon is definitely the Man- not saying he'll have the same career, but I see him as Sizzle's future replacement. Hopefully Butler can show up in the regular season cuz we need a big bodied Wr that can make contested catches. And looks like Dixon will be back around week 4 or 5- could've been much worse. Between round 4 and 5, I think we could have about 4 starters by mid season, and 6 impact players this year. Just from round 4 and 5. We'll see. Its about time we hit on a draft. To say we've been whiffing lately is an understatement

I agree... Was really pulling for him. He couldve been sss's replacement for next year. Boyd was there too. Lets not write off KC just yet lol its just a little premature. Hes got alot of room to grow. Another guy kendal fuller would've also been nice in the third. Wasn't a fan of the kafusi pick. He couldve started opposite jimmy seeing as how shareece ain't doin so hot. Although we had already givin him the contract sooo....

Anyway anybody know how Ramsey's been lookin? Its a shame that Dallas wouldn't make that trade knowin damn well Zeke wouldve still been there. Unless we pulled a fast one  and snatched him. The ultimate spit in the face.

Geez, you're complaining about a completed touchdown pass??  How do you know that Butler wasn't slow getting to the spot? I'd rather Mallett over throw it than under throw it.   Receivers make diving catches every weekend. Tough Crowd!!!

EDIT:  after re watching the throw/catch (you can see it here in the LFW article), Mallet threw a perfect ball to Butler.  He put it where only Butler could catch it.  You couldn't draw it up any better.

Are you sure you weren't watching a replay of a game from last season.  Joe only played two series, both resulting in scores!
