2016 Preseason Week 3 Other Teams

The Chargers had 2 players leave the game against the Vikings. OT Joe Barksdale who was the only healthy OL for them last year left the game with a lower leg injury and RB Branden Oliver suffered a lower leg injury that was non contact(possible ACL for both?). They say these games are meaningless but they do end up meaning more when you have injuries that set your season off course.

They say it's achilles for Oliver

AJ Green may have gotten hurt

After he limped off, the coaching staff says he's been benched more as a precaution. I'm inclined to believe that, but it'll bear keeping an eye on.

The Jags' defensive front is getting pushed around badly though. The RBs can pretty much walk through the gaps and still get decent gains.

Not buying the hype on Jax. Oline is mediocre and their Defense just isn't that impressive in any area. Their division is terrible though so they certainly could be a playoff team.

Do you think Cincy's offensive line is that good?

Either way, outside of the Steelers and Patriots for obvious reasons, BOTH of these teams I so badly want us to win. Tired of losing to the Bengals and now I hate the Jags for taking Ramsey and that MNF game from 2011.

Cincy has always had a good oline. Jags just don't look very good.

I'm totally over Ramsey tbh.

I still really like the Jags, but I have to wonder if they're not on track to become the next Bengals - where for all the talent they have they just implode in primetime and playoff games. Blake and his receivers are legit though. And I still think the pieces are at least there on defence.

I'm not sure if Gus Bradley is the answer.

That's probably where the issue is.

Yeah I think it is too. He should be gone if they don't go to the playoffs. He's pretty lucky to have gone this far.

Well, looks like AFC North will be tough again. Three teams with a shot at playoffs.

And the Bengals aren't slouches either. :P

Lol. Exactly.

That RGIII to Pryor bomb is the thing, though.

Looks like Kaepernick is going to end up playing elsewhere quite soon. According to Jay Glazer, the 49ers could get release him and that it has nothing to do with his current controversy. Glazer reports the 49ers are deeply concerned about his decline as a player and calls it a "very big" uphill battle for him to make the team.

If that's the case then the depth behind Gabbert will be Thaddeus Lewis, Jeff Driskel and Christian Ponder.

Yeah they are very good on the O-line, always seems to be underrated there.

They've been together a few yrs now except Winston who joined them last year and is a solid vet. Their whole offense is just that dam good. Heck their defense is just that dam good.

Trevor Simian has been named the Broncos starter for the 2016 season. Poor Sanchize...former first rounder is beaten out by a 7th rounder.

Denver wont repeat this year. They should not have gambled on their QB position like they have

Word is Denver is now trying to trade Mark Sanchez.

Also.... Paul Kruger has been cut by the Browns.
