The moment has arrived.

Breshad Perriman will play Saturday if he gets medical approval. Ravens certainly want to see him. Harbaugh: "If he can play, he will.”

This is such an amazing story if he can actually come back this quickly from this injury. Far surpasses what Peterson did.

Really pulling for Breshad, seems like such a good dude. He's been through so much already, missing his rookie season, losing his close friend Tray, health problems with his Father, another knee injury in mini camp.

Seeing him get on the field for the first time (hopefully this Saturday) will be emotional.

Whenever he does come back, we'll have 2 new first round picks on the field, that can only be a good thing.

Question is... does he get on the field the same time as Flacco? Assuming Steve Smith doesn't play, you would think Wallace and Aiken will be running with the first team.

No idea how long Joe stays in the game, but I doubt its for a full half like usual. Maybe a quarter I'd say.

Would really like to see Breshad actually play with Joe, but not sure if we will get much of that on Saturday. Will still be nice to see him out there though.

I hope the kid is fully healed.  He's been through so much in just a year, I'm sure his first reception will be a bigger moment for him than it would have been last year.

Plus I'm tired of seeing all the corny "who", "he's a myth", and "he does exist" type of posts on various Ravens social media sites.

My guess is IF he plays, the Ravens will throw him out there for a few plays with Flacco just to start to develop the chemistry.  Don't think it will be too many plays since other guys ahead of him on the depth chart need to get some reps with Flacco as well, but I think they give him a few to see what happens in live action.  All of this is of course IF he is given medical clearance.

Guess I was wrong. Hope he clears.  In the 3rd game dont the starters usually get extended time?  If he plays there's a chance he gets time with Joe.

I'm good if he only has a few snaps and then sits out the game. But, even if he doesn't suit up for this game I'm fine with it because it'll give him 1 more week of practice and route running and continued rehab.

I'd say they'd make it a point to Atleast get him in there on one series with flacco and get him a target or two. Although mallet and joe do have similar arms- If he's cleared to play it only makes sense to get him out there with Joe , even if its only for a few plays to work on their timing.

Steve Smith Sr. and Breshad Perriman will sit out the third preseason game.

The third preseason game is when a team actually wants to get its important players a healthy amount of snaps, but neither Sr. nor Perriman's health is worth risking. Sr. will be ready for Week 1. Perriman has claimed he will be, as well.

The exact tweet is that he's not expected to due to Harbaugh being non commital. Isn't ruled out quite yet.

Oh well, was exciting for a minute. Just glad hes back practicing. His smile and laughter during that first press conference was awesome to see after hearing how he sunk with last season injury.

Skys the limit for this kid. I think he really understands the opportunity in front of him and how fleeting it can be. Maybe it helped prepare him better mentally for what it takes to succeed in the NFL and breaks our curse of drafted WRs. One can only hope.

Per Hensley, Flacco playing about a half. interesting

Jeff zrebiek doesn't make the roster decisions so I wouldnt look too much into a tweet. Now he could be exactly right but he's basically just going off of a hunch. If I was to guess I'd say we won't see perriman until game 4 and we may not see Steve in preseason at all but its still up in the air.

No real reason for SSS to play
