List of Ravens that won't play Sat likely includes Suggs, Dumervil, Perriman, Smith and guys I mentioned earlier as having not practiced

I"m guessing that's what he's going off of.  Although as you can see it clearly says "likely includes" which to me means this is Zrebiec's best guess at the moment.  I haven't heard anything official.  However, I personally would be shocked if Smith played.

If Joe has a horrible outing vs Detroit, do you think Harbs will play him the last pre-season game?

No because that is where the psychos trying to make the roster play. It is more helpful for the final roster cuts. Plus you would like your veterans to have a decent break between now and the regular season. That is when you put him at risk again.

Hopefully there is no hurt feelings between Joe and Haloti... Because if so Haloti may take advantage of two rookies on the left side of the O-line.

I laughed.. I just hope Haloti doesn't sit on Joe like he did with RG3.

Not overly concerned about haloti. He didnt play well last yr and I don't expect Joe to hold on to the ball too long.

Will the coach play the newly returned QB in a useless game against 3rd string players? Imma say no.

That would depend on both Joe and Harbs and the play they had for him to begin with. But, I think Joe will dictate whether he plays or not.

There is no chance joe plays in week 4 aka the last ditch effort for wildly undisciplined kids to make a bid for a career of hopping practice squads.

Anyone know if the game will be on NFLN Saturday night or will I have to catch it on replay some other day on NFLN?

Open up a NFL game pass account and cancel after the game. That's what I do so I can watch every Ravens preseason game.

Just for my loyalty to former SB ring players Ngata and Boldin I want to see a TD and a hurry up from Detroit.  Otherwise I hope for an offensive explosion from us. I hope Dennis can show old self.  joe-flacco-gallery-08-300x300-1371582465.jpg

IMO If Joe can't reach or overthrows his targets towards the end of his start, then I would believe Harbaugh would not play him in the last game due to his value and the PS player opponents spirit.  Injury is a word not wanted here  The O line is the center piece of this issue and I have a keen interest in their performance relating to Joe's effectiveness in game 3. For the last game I see Josh Johnson playing significant time. Its NOLA and that team wants a home win prior to their first season game

Kudos to all players trying out for the Ravens in 2016.  The focused energy level has been high from training camp to present.  The Ravens management is hard pressed to cut any of the Ravens players, but is required to do so shortly.  The nature of this grueling sport is strength and speed, but time wears a way at these required attributes; only the healthy remain viable through a gauntlet of enduring physical and mental tests called preseason.  As the Ravens players don their pads, jersey, pants, helmet and shoes for some players’ young and veteran, it will be their last time.   A final salute to those players departing and may they be assured the Ravens roster cuts run deep with fellow players, team management, and Ravens fans.

Bold predictions of the night:

1. Lions offense makes Ravens defense look like high school team. I am an optimist on these boards but if you look at our inactives of Brandon Williams and our top three outside linebackers. Unless the Ravens can control the run without B Wil and get pressure on Stafford with Judon it will be a secondary's nightmare tonight.

2. Offense struggles early... But then a running back comes into the game to change tempo and offense clicks before the half is over. Whether it is West or Dixon they have both lit up the preseason, I see Forsett's struggles to continue and if Allen keeps running into our offensive line we may be in a world of hurt.

3. Remember Ravens draft boards it is just a preseason game. And no potential starters will play next week outside of maybe Perriman for a couple snaps. But I can already see people on here wanting everybody fired after this game.

Well I think the Ravens defense if healthy come season time will be a top 10 defense. But when you lose that much starting caliber, your best run defense player, and 3 of your top pass rushers... Their O-line should be loving their job tonight.

I don't expect much tonight. Even if it's preseason, asking rookie Ronnie Stanley to take on unstoppable freak of nature Ansah is a massive task. Hope Flacco doesn't get hurt. That said I hope we see the deep ball

Anybody knows what the issues are with Williamses (Maxx and Brandon)?

I've said this before and got downvoted for it, people don't notice because he won't be starting anytime soon but Maxx is almost as brittle as Monroe was.

There are some genuine concerns around Maxx's ability to stay on the field. Even when healthy, he just doesn't look like a guy that's ready for the NFL game. Hopefully it is age related, but I feel like he needs to physically mature a bit more before we can rely on him. TEs almost never come into the league and take it by storm ... but even so, I think he's more of a project than I we expected.

All of the sudden, Ansah becomes "a massive task & a unstoppable freak"   Flacco can do wht most QB do and prepare.   He is a 120m+ pro.

Oh wait, he still can't recognize blitz after +8 years, so nevermind.  Flacco is in a massive danger.

LMAO. You think that Ansah isn't an unstoppable freak? He was an all pro with freakish athleticism who was downright unblockable at times last year. Even Marshal Yanda would complain if we had to face him.

But sure. Anything to bring down Flacco.

Ziggy ansah is easily a top 5 edge rusher and probably the biggest freak athlete at edge rusher. He is an extremely tall task for even a veteran. What are you talking about.

Your flacco bashing is ridiculous. You've been doing to flacco for years for what Danny D was doing to Stanley for the past 6 months. That's a bad look.

Per Jeff Zrebiec, Webb is not playing tonight.  Dealing with a minor issue.

So, is Lewis active or nah?

Just answered my own question. That means that Brooks will be the starter, despite being fifth on the depth chart.
