Honestly, I really only care about improved pass protection in his rookie year. That's the major concern. He can be a mediocre run blocker his entire career for all I care. We've got run blockers on our O line as it is, and I don't expect that to end anytime in the near future.

I'll take a consistent pass blocker at LT and an inconsistent run blocker all day long over the alternative.

oh yeah - i agree 100% i was just remarking that he has flashed good and bad in the run game tonight which i only really noticed because he's been fine on pass blocking

I lost the game so did Reynolds play ? if yes how was he

He's out there now but hasn't done anything of note on offense so far.  He did get a tackle on ST though so that's something.

So little KC wonder how much PT he'll get during the season.

i imagine he'll be worked in in passing situations with suggs and doom - im not too worried because worse comes to the worst we can send him in as a blitzer - like a heatseeking missile

I imagine part of it has to with him being a sub package player and us only playing really basic defense in preseason.

This 3rd string OL isn't very good.  So much pressure.

what do you expect - most of the 3rd string wont sniff actual live season snaps - most wont even make practice squads

A little surprised myself. I for some reason convinced myself that he was going to win the other MLB job opposite Mosley, but Orr has played pretty well and I think has earned that job.

Correa will still see plenty of snaps I think, especially in nickel/dime packages.

But I do agree its a little disappointing we didn't see more from him tonight, given that Suggs and Doom are still out.

I am not positive but I think our #3 QB has the most rushing yards.

I believe that's correct from a yardage standpoint, though ESPN's box score doesn't know that there's two Johnson QBs on our team, so I think they are blending the stats together. Don't know if Josh had any rushing yards.

Commentators need to chill with the kool aid, Levine is not playing well in this game. He's a half beat slow vs. run and pass.

As much as John Harbaugh would like to run the ball better, this is not Trestman blue print. He's a passing oriented guy. He coached in MTL for a few years where I was living at the time and he's a very good pass game coordinator but he's no OC in my mind. He could be a great OC for some teams who focus on the passing game but this is not the AFC North.

I've been saying this a few times when the Ravens hired him, he's a VERY VERY VERY bright man. Hard worker a bit like a mad scientist but he's pass first type of guy. I said it at the time, the Ravens should try to bring him to be the Passing Game coach and try to bring Kyle Shanahan to be the OC/Run game. Anyway maybe the run game will be better with better O-Line on the field right now its pretty ugly

Don't think he's been bad he is also going from LB to CB in the same game a little bit of a change there. Hes made some nice plays too

This has nothing to do with that penalty, just a question: Is levine a lock for the roster because of special teams, or could the Ravens cut Levine and keep Elam and Brooks?

So far, I am not sold on Wright as the #2 starting cb. That being said, I need to see who actually should be in the next 2 games. I definately want to see more of Young, Davis, and Canady
