Theres not much difference between being fast and getting separation on the top, if anything it just speaks highly of Moore.

Perriman has hands problems, attacking the ball with hands problems is pretty pointless.

There is from a yards after the catch perspective, which in this offense is going to be very important.

I don't take 40's into account, Moore's game speed is very fast.

Right, and if we ever saw Perriman in game speed, I think he would make Moore look significantly slower.

Arthur Brown's time here is done.  Getting beat left and right in coverage and he hasn't even been in long.

Moore had numerous drops coming out and was known for useing his body too much.

But when you have a guy coming off TWO leg injuries you have to expect him to be slower, and Hands wise it's not even close. I'd take Moore right now.

I expect him to be among the first set of cuts honestly, and that's pretty sad.

Just don't see what value he adds to the team at this point.

Yep.  I think they'll play it nice with him and try to give him the opportunity to latch on somewhere else.

We have some but I like Young and Price in the slot but then what about Wright and I'm liking Canady but don't see him as a slot guy

I am liking Canady too (and I'd suspect we'll be looking for him to be on the outside), but I think he's a ways away from being ready for prime time. Wright is OK ... but being just OK is a concern. We can't have 3rd and long be a 50-50 success rate for our opponents.

Perriman does not have a hands problem. Many of his drops were him trying to turn upfield too quickly and just taking his eyes off the ball. Do an experiment where you watch a pass in and where you don't and you'll notice a vast difference in how well you catch.

Also, there is a big difference. One will just run right past whereas the other will have to use savvy route running, but not likely pick up yards after the catch

Is Canady even still playing?

Not really. The leg injuries he has had shouldn't affect speed that much.

We really haven't seen much from Breshad at all, so I don't really get the hands argument. We pretty much know historically the correlation between bad hands in college and bad hands in the Pro's is practically non-existent.
