[News] Ravens Waive Injured Returner Kaelin Clay

So we have young inexperienced guys, so we sign another inexperienced guy...Doesn't make a lot of sense, but i guess at this point of camp why not, and if things get back, we hit the first and last camp cuts to see who is out there....

Saw it coming as soon as he muffed the punt, I called it immediately that he would be gone by weeks end. They just don't have patience for stuff like that. It will cost you games and absolutely kill a teams momentum. Preseason or not this win was good for the teams morale, and he almost costed us that. I thought they might give him one more preseason game to redeem himself but this doesn't surprise me one bit.

Kenneth Dixon is a guy that needs to get touches any way possible. I would let him handle return duties until his role as RB increases.

It had to do with how much Clay brings to the table. We have other guys that are more versatile and everyone knew he was a long shot to make the team as a return specialist.

Webb is by far their best PR, but I guess they don't want to risk it. I'd give it a shot. He'll probably get hurt playing safety anyway.

Oh for sure. He offers little to nothing  in the receiving game so soon as he made a huge mistake and then on top of that gets injured I'm sorry but he serves no purpose.

With the number of RBs we have, why not try Buck as a returner.  I would think that with his vision and elusiveness he'd be perfect.  Then if Dixon, Forsette or West go down, we still have a back up back if needed.

An article said he had trouble catching the ball during a drill where they had to hold 2 other balls. My money is on Camp
