Elam looking like Ed Reed tonight!

Supposedly he was looking much better last year in training camp before he went down.  A big part of me hopes that we hang onto him and he makes a big turnaround from his play in 2013 and 2014.

That wasn't Tucker but the other kicker.I forgot his name but he's a rookie

He meant he wanted to see Tuck practice to try and rid himself of those struggles

I know.  I don't get why they don't just have him kicking.  How often are kickers actually injured?

Biggest loser tonight is probably Buck Allen. Even with a TD he still got thoroughly out ran by West and Dixon. He's a pretty good back and only appears to be the 4th best on the team.

Dixon missed time in camp and already looks like a stud, what a steal at the end of the 4th.

I don't care if this was just preseason. We needed this win to wash that 5-11 out of our mouths once and for all.

Our penetration in the middle broke down their running game. I know that Jonathan Stewart wasn't running the ball, but 30 carries for 81 yards is impressive either way you cut it.

Probably just thinking about being fair and giving a guy opportunity .The other kicker not going to make the team but he has the opportunity to showcase his ability to other teams that may need a kicker .

That's a fair point. I thought Allen looked tentative and indecisive in the running game. Still a rock solid receiver out of the backfield, but he didn't help himself carve out a bigger role with the showing tonight.

Oooooh. Well I doubt The Raven coaches are doubting Tucker at the moment after re-signing him to a four year deal.

A lot of talented new pass rushers.

78 at the nose got consistent push. Matt Judon looks like an NFL player.

Chris Carter plays hard, has a burst and blew up someone on a bull rush.

Willie Henry impressive.

Second stringers(or starters last year) looked pretty good today. Corner was not so good but happy to get a win.

Where is the post game threat in Ravens Talk?

I absolutely agree. Tucker should be taking all the kicks. But at the same time, I remember Tucker making a crazy tackle last offseason. I personally loved it but I'm sure harbs disagrees with you and I lol

One guy that disappointed me was Urban, haven't seen him do anything when he was on the field

He got NO penetration or push for like all the consecutive plays he lined up for in the 4th quarter.

Even Judon and Big Willie Henry were getting some pretty good push

urban looked like he has just been sapped of all athleticism. he gave zero effort to try to get around anyone and came off the ball slow as molasses. he tried to bullrush every single snap and failed miserably, and i remember a play where he shoved the tackle into the backfield and then webb started getting upfield, urban disengaged way too late as if he wasnt even looking at the qb, and then slowly dove in webbs direction and completely whiffed. it was one of the ugliest tackling attempts i had ever seen.
