Head Coach John Harbaugh said Suggs is the closest to returning to practice, but Harbaugh is the one holding him back. There hasn’t been a decision made on how much they’ll play in the preseason.

Would be nice. Supposedly suggs has been begging to get back onto the practice feild but Harbs wont let him. That's the sizzle we all remember. So awesome to hear about him sneaking behind the coaches to take the conditioning test and passing immediately. Def a positive sign. Once again I'm guessing perriman will be the last to get on the field since his injury was the latest, which is  fine BC I'd rather them air on the side of caution but damn- can we atleast see this guy run 1 route in preseason!? He really needs those reps more than anybody. When he makes it back on the feild he's gonna be cold  and have no chemistry with Joe whatsoever. Hopefully he picks it up fast but I'd really love to see him in a series or two in preseason in atleast one game. Not worried about SSS picking up where he left off in the least- but am starting to worry about when that actually be. His tear was a lot worse than ppl realize. He's tough as nails but we may not see him until week 4 or so. Hope I'm wrong.

Considering tomorrow is a walk through in preparation for Thursday, I'm guessing Harbs will allow Suggs to participate the first practice after Thursday's pre-season game.

This is all very good news. I am glad these guys are doing well and should be ready for week 1 because we're going to need them back, healthy, and productive to help make this team as good as it can be. If they can all come back and be healthy I think this Ravens team can be a very good one. I am predicting a 10-6 record for a team that stays relatively healthy at all the key positions.

Suggs is hungry to get back and I believe Harbs when he says that. As for SSS, I hope he's ready week 1, but if he's not if campanaro can ever stay healthy he's a good replacement. Now for Perriman, as I've said on here before, im done talking about him. On one hand he should be brought back the latest bc he suffered his injury the latest, but on the other hand I feel he's too young and his injury was too minor for him to be taking this long coming back. I've sprained my knee before it don't take that damn long. HE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS THE REPS and he's wasting precious time. As far as I'm concerned he doesn't even play on the team. I hope we draft a premier WR next year b/c Perriman isn't the answer.

There are different grades of sprains, and I'm guessing your sprain wasn't major enough to the point where they thought the ACL might be completely torn, before then realizing it wasn't and that it wasn't and a stem cell injection would be the way to go.

It's been said since the very beginning that the hope was he'd be ready by mid August, which means he'll hopefully be practicing in the next 2 weeks.  If he's not practicing by August 24th, then I'll start getting a bit worried.

Here is my 2 cents- I think we see Suggs Thursday night for one or two defensive possessions. He doesn't want to have to go full tilt unless its against opposition. I think Dumervil waits until the 2nd pre-season game, same with SSsr. Now for Perriman, he should get practice prior to pre-season games so hopefully we see him next week at at least 1 or 2 practices next week., however I dont expect him to play game speed until the 3rd pre-season game. The question is -will he make this team? If not we have other weapons, so its all on him now.

Perriman can't (not) make the team !
He is only entering into his sophomore season.
I'm personally going to look at this season as a show me what you got season, as far as all our players go. If it's veterans or rookies, it doesn't matter. Like Harbs says, we need to see playmakers, not projects !
NFL preseason power rankings got us at a poultry 24th best ! I'm hoping it stays this way and it motivates players and coaches alike to dig deep this year, pulling out all the stops. I want to see us get back to some dominant football ! As big a part of this has to be on the coaches as the players..! Let's get it done this year !
