Excuse me, but are you a Moderator on this board? I don;t think so. If you want to report someone as a trash talker hit report. I strongly suggest that you do not report a Ravens poster
I give you the drive argument. but the fact is that the ruling on the feild should have STOOD with that touchdown. You got lucky. Admit it.

If you knew anything you'd know that Suggs words were taken OUT of context with the "bounty" issue. GET OVER IT.
Luck is a part of the game too.

I really wish you'd knock it off with the "refs being in our back pockets." That's just tacky and ridiculous since out of the other side of your face you're laughing at the Titans fans who whined about the stupid play clock. It happens and NO ONE in a striped shirt hates the Ravens..., or the Titans or the Steelers......etc. To think otherwise is childish in my opinion.

Yea yea, the refs are in pittsburgh's pocket... almost as if the play clock ticked off -2 seconds and still to penality
OK that showed the one controversial play What else you got

It amazes me how people act as if the Ravens are the ONLY team in the league to have "bounties" on players, I remeber Billick on NFLN that EVERY team has bounties (a lil more money on the side for a good hit, or a good touchdown grab) the only difference is the Ravens got caught. You cant tell me Ward doesn't get a lil guac for those hits. And yes Ward was baited by Ty and so was Harrison (and its kinda funny that Harrison added "We just have to be the better defense that day").

As much as I respect Ward (as do some other Ravens) I don't consider Him tough because of his blocks because all of his blocks come when no one is ready or looking for them, thats not tough thats just being in the right spot at the right time, hes tought because he isnt afraid to engage DB's

The Steelers cant talk about the Ravens as being so-called vaunted after the booty whoopin they got from tennessee that was just horrible.

So Ed Reed got hit hard at Heinz field, Mendenhall thought he was tough and tried to take on Ray and got put out for the yearm (on a clean Hit I might add)

How about the way the Giants absolutely manhandled the Ravens. That was honestly total domination on all levels so if you bring up the Steelers lone weak game then it's only fair to do so for the Ravens.
Ward is a cheap blockist. Thats about it.
Is it cheap when someone comes around the corner and blindsides the QB? No, it's the QB's fault for not knowing he is there. Defenses just get mad when they get jacked up. They like to hit but don't like to be hit.

Until someone decapitates Hines Ward he's going to continue to do what he does. He's chucking those hits from the cheap seats at WR and he knows it... Just execute the game plan and forget Grinny McGrinalot. He goes out of his way to start trouble whenever he can and he's the type of player that yaps. Win, lose... but don't pay him any mind unless he's your on-field responsibility.

did you just compare a wide receiver block to a hit on the Qb.. are you retarted? At least the QB HAS THE BALL! .. you know ward just sits back there and looks for people not looking to run up and "nail"

Can you Ravens fans just sit back and ask yourself this question. If the draft that Ward came out in was to happen again and you knew he was going to turn out to be the player he was, ask yourself this question "Would you want your team to draft him"

If you answer "No" then you obviously don't know football. Just because you hate his style because he plays for a hated rival, he is a class act in pittsburgh, not a thug, he plays through injuries, and is a great player especially for his only mediocre talent.

I'll grant you, he does see if he can't get you to do something stupid. But I assure you that he's not the only one; Holmgren has been known to send Seahawk players after Packer players he knew had bad tempers for instance.

So ONLY the guy with the ball on any given play ends up on the ground then??? You may want to rethink that....22 dudes: 1 football.

Hines Ward is rarely making hits 'in the mix'. When someone knocks his face mask through the back of his head, you're all going to cry about helmet-to-helmet...

Just don't be surprised when someone does it to him and don't cry when it happens - as much as he flees the real crunch-time situations... It will eventually happen.

He knows what he's doing with the instigating and the cheese-ball crack-back blocks. He is a WR who rarely goes inside (when he does he's dancing around like a little flower, looking to get down), so he figures he won't get hit by the big guys in retaliation. It will likgely occur before he's done, and while I don't wish him life-altering injury, the guy's begging for a painful day.

Hines does get the crap knocked out of him weekly. He doesn't cry about it and he plays to the whistle. Never after. He also has that ability to get into the defenders head.

I absolutely LOVE having a tough little WR that makes the defense keep THEIR heads on a swivel. I think you would too.

It really wasn't TOTAL DOMINATION on ALL levels, the run defense was terrible but we still ran for over 120 yards in the game and most pundits actually expected like all of our games to be like that.

My point was that no defense is the best defense every week and the steelers are no exception.

The fact that we have a kinda old defense rookie QB, rookie Hc, young o-line means our defense has a lot of slack to pick up compared to the Steelers so I'll give them a couple of weak games

You don't even need an excuse. Only one team has ever beaten everybody on their schedule in the last 43 years. A few came close but were beaten by the underdog. To me that supports what we all hear all the time: "It's tough to win in this league." Simple as that IMO.

I didnt need it explained, i just stated how horrible that figure of speech is. As soon as it was said, it is obvious to make the assumption of what it means. Are you sure Hines Ward didn't blindside you a little bit?

I think Hines Ward is a very good WR - he finds a way and I'd be happy to have him - all except the cheap junk. I don't think Hines is anything like these guys, so don't think I'm comparing the scope, but I don't care how talented Pac-Man or T.O., their attitudes suck. To a much lesser degree I don't like the instigation crap. I love the hits he delivers... just not the Oscar winning fall downs (see Sand Diego game) and the laughing it up. Act like you've been there and if you've got something to say, do it while you're in the guy's face, not while you're running to the sideline.
