how Suggs comes to camp is typically an indication of his playing ability in any given year. When he has come in fat and lazy it took awhile and we rarely saw glimpses of the Suggs we know. When he has shown up in shape, he has had some very good years. If this is a sign, then Doom and Suggs will be a force and the biggest beneficiary is our secondary.

I sure hope that Suggs doesn't rush the injury too much and get injured before the season begins. We really need a full season of sacks this year. Without the strong pass rush, we will give up too many passing yards and watch those leads slip away in the 4th quarter.

Sizzle will be fine as will all our Ravens stars. Come regular season, you'll begin to wonder what would've been had we not had all those injuries? Yes?

When the list of undrafted free agents came out, I was mainly hoping we could sign Ochi, which i'm happy we did. But this kid Onwuasor was someone who I thought could make an impression also, and it seems like he at least has a lot of fire in him. Now I don't know how smart it is to go full out on veteran players, and we definitely don't need foolish injuries during camp, But he's at least getting noticed and plays like a baller. Interesting to see how he continues. The Ravens almost always keep at least one undrafted player on their squad, it'll be interesting to see who impresses the most this year.

Glad to see Suggs coming back with a chip on his shoulder, wanting to prove the nay-sayers wrong. Go get em' dog!

Technically if Suggs passed, he could practice, but the coaches are being smart by keeping him away from that....but they need to chain him do a bench, because Suggs is a hard man to keep down,,,,So impressed he passed when others couldn't who were healthy.....Beast mode coming to a theater near you...

The Ravens are going to lure Marshawn Lynch out of retirement?! Whoa, that would be breaking news.

I think the way Onwuasor is playing is reckless. You can be aggressive without being stupid and right now his style of play screams a ton of personal foul penalties. I think the coaches need to tell him the right way to play like a Raven before he knocks somebody out with a serious injury.

I don't wonder about that at all. I think this is a 10-6 playoff team if they remain healthy this season.

He didn't show up in shape for the year he and Dum combined to be one of the best sack duos in the NFL. He typically doesn't show up in shape and has to knock off the pounds in camp. That's been his M.O. for years.

hes a udfa with nothing to lose - unless he's actually being reckless rather than just playing hard with a chip on his shoulder then he stands to lose nothing from these skirmishes etc. he was a nobody and now an entire fanbase is talking about him

and pollard was a similar kind of player who ravens fans still salivate over - let him have a go - if he does go overboard i trust harbs and the coaching staff to stop him (or cut him)

He's got something to lose if the coaches tell him to rein it in and he keeps on playing reckless, because they'll just cut him. I am sure other teams won't put up with that kind of stuff either. This is the first time I have spoken about him and it is in a negative way. While I am sure not everyone agrees with me, I am sure there are some out there who see it sort of the same way.

I don't recall Pollard getting into fights almost daily with people, hitting people after plays were over, going out of his way to hit people at the end of plays, and hurting players. I certainly don't miss Pollard as a player though I did get to meet him in person and he was a lot different than he appears as a player. I personally don't enjoy the big thumper only safety types because they are a huge liability in coverage and this is now a passing league.

I tend to agree, he already temporarily took out Dixon, had a go at Buck and Juice.  I hope he stays clear of Forsett.  I like Onwuasor's fire, but he may need to reign that in a bit before he decimates our entire RB core, lol.

IMO the secondary will be benefiting the front 7. They look strong with Webb and Weddle on the back end!! IF Suggs and Doom still has some left in the tank. OH MAN this D could be nasty.

yeah we're talking about him cuz he's treating training camp like the regular season and actually hurting our players! Putting people on their back that are holding tackling dummies. That's just pure stupidity. Wasn't it this type of exact stuff that dislocated/fractured Pitta's hip....well before the season. He's on his way to knocking out one of our players for the year. Sit that guy down and talk to him please, coaching staff, or get hi the **** outta there. not cool

People have been saying Correa is reckless as well but you have to understand the coaching staff would not have a player taking first team reps if they thought there was a significant chance of injuring a player..

With Onwuasor a lot of us do not know what happened because we were not there to witness the hits so far. We are going off of reports from media outlets. For all we know most of these hits were clean and he is just playing with fire. Until I see some tape and watch it myself he is a guy going for a spot on the roster. And so far as an undrafted guy he is getting more attention than people here for years like Elam, Brown, etc.

A lot of people see Roethlisburger as the epitome of "tough" quarterback. But I think Flacco has him beat.

Roethlisburger is probably the worst example of a tough quarterback. I think since he has came into the league he has only played all 16 games 3 times. Meanwhile our quarterback takes snaps with a torn acl and mcl. Anyone who says Roethlisburger is durable doesn't follow football.

Thank you! I don't get all the hate for a vet coming to camp a few pounds over his ideal weight. That's what camp is for!

During the offseason, youngsters need as many reps as they can. Vets need as much rest as they can. It's just the nature of this game. Bodies take a toll and off seasons are when vets do physical therapy and rehab etc... You know what's the most important thing in rehab? Rest! So let the old guns tidy up and get in shape for the season at their own pace. If week one starts and the likes of Yanda or Suggs are out of shape then let's make a deal out of it.

Until last night I hadn't heard any reports of Correa being chippy and starting fights with players. He doesn't seem to be going out of his way to do this stuff. Meanwhile I also see Correa's name being mentioned as being impressive and making plays on the ball. All I hear about Onwuasor is the late hits and the fights. Don't hear about him making plays.

Looks like Onwuasor read and down voted this post.
