If I had to choose it would be coach Marty Daniels. He has the fire to get his team to win and has solved many team issues on and off the field. I think he can make the jump to the pros even though he doesn't have the experience. Plus if we are lucky we will be able to draft Thad Castle in next year's draft to bring the team captain back into this coach's system.

of those two - i'd definitely go rivera - the kind of guy who seems like he knows how to build a roster and only didnt get a hc job before now because he doesnt interview well (maybe because he's a bit too honest or uncompromising)
