Wut?  How is it that the Ravens cheated to win 2012 SB?

Read the first part again.

Your reply also proves my point.  The reply to sf fans when they Fuss and whine about that game. Is simply to dismiss them.  We'd do the same if we were pats fans.

Sf fans talk about bs officiating they talk about the punch the kr etc yet as Ravens fans we dismiss it as them being bitter. You really don't think we'd be the same way if we were patriot fans?

Yeah, no sorry.  Still don't see the comparison.

Honestly how many here would really care that others view the Ravens as cheaters?

There are Niners fans who whine and complain about the 2012 sb. Do you really care or do you dismiss it as them upset because the Ravens won?

Typical of them. Most Giants and 49ers fans are whiners.

schaub is a bum and always has been, he worked well in kubes system, as do most qbs. foster was the most overrated back of his time and without a kubiak offense he may have never seen a 20 carry game. AJ, daniels, brown, myers, watt, and joseph, ya got me there, but i also mentioned a few of them already as core guys, along with cush, but you also have to remember that watt wasnt THE JJ WATT until kubiaks final 2 years, wade smith is nothing special.

almost all teams have a core, its the supporting cast, depth, and system that makes a difference, houston had a very weak supporting cast overall for most of kubiaks tenure, and the difference maker for houston was the system, thats what made them competitive with a solid core and weak overall roster. look at a team like oakland, or jacksonville, or tennessee, they have an excellent core, but they lack the strong supporting cast and lack an identity as a cohesive unit, thats why they can compete and put up numbers but arent getting anywhere. kubiak had the same situation in houston, that front office could not build a well rounded team to save their lives and kubiak got lemons and made lemonade until the FO needed a scapegoat.

See the reason I listed some of those guys and you agree with me here was the last couple of years of Kubiak in Houston were his best, coincidentally the talent improved making a better more balanced team to work with. To me I want a coach that's going to take a top 15 team (because those are the teams with the talent to beat each other consistently) and be able to win against those teams when the heat is on and the competition very close. Belichick is the master and has done this more consistently than any coach ever really. But Harbaugh has one upped him on several occasions. I haven't seen Kubiak do that ever.

That's because... *drumrolll*

We didn't cheat!

It's actually because no matter how much people Fuss and moan no championship has been revoked.

Were not immune. There is an inordinate amount of whining about a lack of respect nationally for the Ravens. Oh and the league is out to get us with scheduling. Both ludicrous ideas.

I don't give a damn whether they respect us or not lol. Nor do I subscribe to that final notion. If we win another SB(Fairly), and the people are like "we didn't deserve it" they can kiss the ring.

Who cares?

Well just for the record, I'm not saying kubes is better than bill or harbs, just that I don't think he got a fair shot in houston

I don't agree with either of these sentiments. But there's plenty of our own fans crying about these things just like other teams fans cry about other things. We're not immune. Also you're up.

I am not a Bill Belichick fan but the guy is a great coach, and yes he has been involved in cheating. I may have to go with him because of his track record, his team wins a lot and I like winning. I can say the coach I would least like to have is an easy choice......Marvin Lewis.

After a good first draft with McCourty and Gronkowski, Belichick has really done an average job of drafting, perhaps even below average. His coaching ability cannot be questioned for its effectiveness, but his job as a GM can be, whether it's drafting QBs too high for whatever reason, overlooking obvious character and/or injury concerns, or just reaching in mid to late rounds because his draft board got wiped out, as was the case the last two drafts.

Plenty of very solid draft picks beyond that. Brandon Spikes, Nate Solder, Shane Vereen, Chandler Jones, Donta Hightower, Jamie Collins, among others.

Particularly when you consider they haven't made a first round pick in the top half of the draft since 2008, and that most of their earliest draft choices are in the late 20s or in the second round, there's really not a whole lot more they could be doing.

Really don't have any issue with "reaching" in day 3 picks, because there's really no such thing. The perception of "reaching" is based purely on some subjective opinion by some mock draft site that attempts to put a "value" on a late round pick. Given the lack of quality play coming out of college these days, by the time you get to rounds 3-4, its literally throwing darts.

They, like a handful of other teams, figured out several years ago that the key to drafting is quantity of picks, not quality of picks.

For the sake of this thread, Jim Harbaugh currently is NOT an active NFL head coach.

Actually, it would be Nick Saban and it wouldn't be close then either.

Saban didn't exactly leave the best impression during his NFL run.

Now you're talking crazy. Meyer has already out coached Saban and his style translates better to being the head guy in the pros.

Chuck Pagano as Head Coach,

OC - Kyle Shanahan ( to try & replicate Kubiak success with the offense )

Ed Reed added on as a defensive assistant coach.

- I know Pagano hasn't gotten the Colts defense together, but they don't have much talent to work with on that side of the ball, and culture of that team in general has been more offensive minded.

- I believe here he'd bring back that organized chaos, having Ed along as an assistant coaching up and motivating guys to believe in the system would help.

I would say McCarthy or Rivera. I dislike Bellichick for obvious reasons, but that aside, I would not choose him or Arians because I feel they may retire soon. Age 64 and 63 respectively.
