[News] 5 Things You May Not Know About Mike Wallace

Perriman @4.26 and Wallace @ 4.33 give us a ton of speed. Add in C Moore and guys like Reynolds / Camp with a ton of quickness and all of a sudden we are looking like a dangerous and diverse offense who can create separation. (the savvy of a veteran like SSS and the size of our TEs) the diversity of our RBs and the wild card and consistency of a Kamar and Joe has to be feeling pretty good going into this season!

I know he's only a FB but don't forget about Juice. He's already a matchup problem for LBs and now with so many other weapons he'll surely get lost in base packages.

All of that means nothing if they don't come together as a team and fight "for the man next to you". Thats what I'm looking forward to seeing the most this season. I feel like leadership and that lack of a nucleus is what held us back. I hope one of our young players breaks out.

Weapons...weapons...weapons, now its time for Joe to use his maturity and athleticism to find the weaknesses in each defense. Watson, Smith Sr., Gilmore and Juice need to see a lot of work, pull those coverage's and then burn them Joe!

Mike Wallace will redeem himself big time in Baltimore much like SSS did. I believe that because the organization creates an atmosphere of ownership with all these players. Once a Raven, you tend to give a little more than you would have otherwise. Also, the coaches aren't too shabby either. Most important I believe is the fact that Harbs can manage big personalities really well and lets them be who they are without curbing their personality. Watch out for Breshad Perriman who'll fit under Mike Wallace's wings and learn the position so well that he'll end up being a star receiver himself. I am very optimistic about all our new players indeed.

There are no excuses for Joe and Trestman.

Agree for the most part but Perriman actually has to get on the field, Camp has to stay on the field, Moore and Reynolds unproven at this point, and SSS has to return from his injury. Dixon, Allen, Forsett will give Joe some nice receivers out of the backfield and check down options, and our TE combos could be in the leagues top ten.

That's implying they play harder for the Ravens than they would if they played w/ another team. There's no way to know that.

if you look at the Ravens we let go for a big payday, it seems MOST don't do as well away from the nest.

There was no implication there. I was clearly stating that. Why? I just feel the Ravens organization is so player friendly and fair, players feel one with the team more so than other teams. I clearly have no absolute evidence of that, but just building on the stories from ex-players, etc. I believe that to be true.
