Maybe the worst QB talent in this division.

@rmw10 has the best QB in Bortles and did a good job with the makeup picks, but those missed rounds show.

@RaineV1 has the 2nd best QB in Taylor and has surrounded him with a good scheme for him. Combine that with a good front 7 and youth, this team got both my votes. Secondary is an issue though.

@BOLDnPurPnBlacK has a ball control offense with Gurley but a weak OL in a division with strong front 7s. Elite DL followed by strong LBs and CBs will do their best to carry the team.

@Archeearl92, clearly built young and like others here has a top DL. Everything depends on Jimmy G at QB though. We'll know a lot more after he plays those 4 games for NE.

Thanks for the love, Crush.  Missing all of those picks certainly hurt, and that kind of forced me to go into the "young guy with potential" direction.  I think my team could be very good if all of those 2nd year guys step up, but that obviously remains to be seen.  I did look at the Big Board and noted what I could have had, and that was kind of depressing lol.  One thing I tried to do was build a balanced team when I came in.  I saw that some of the other teams in my division were focusing heavily on a certain side of the ball.

Was not sure voting on this one. In all honesty I think they all could win the division now and I have no clue who would be best for the future, so well done..I forced myself top pick though. Went with @BOLDnPurPnBlacK for the win of div now. Thinking Bradford has some years of experience, not great ones but he can keep handing that ball off to Gurley and the D should always keep it a close game. As for the three years from now went @Archeearl92--love your OL and big WRs on the outside, Your team could be a perennial bully through the physicality of your WRs and the nasty play of your OL. Almost went @RaineV1 on this one as I think your team is built for Urban Myer in such a great way that it would just work

Thanks a lot guys, I know that my team will stand and fall with Jimmy G, so till we know more about him its hard to tell where my team will go. I clearly built for the future and around the trenches.

I agree with the love for @BOLDnPurPnBlacK. I really like this team, and I think with Mike McCarthy at the helm we might see a rebirth for Sam Bradford. He built his team around running the ball and owning the trenches. His DL is nightmarish. I gave this team both my votes.

Concur with a lot of the team Evals here. This division could go any direction but call me a believer in jimmy G. I drafted him last year and I'm happy we get to see him in game action. I voted archs team for both.

Thanks. I tried my best to build team to have a fast, aggressive defense, and an offense build around Taylor's strength. I think Meyer and Taylor would be a great combination.

My secondary will depend a lot on whether or not Coleman and Hal can have repeat years, since they had 11 interceptions between the two of them last year. It's kinda of boom or bust.

Thanks a lot. I dont know if my team would win now with a lot of young guys on the offense. I believe in Jimmy G as well, liked him since college and he learned from the best for 2 years now.

Offense:

QB: Everything depends on the development of Jimmy G. I am a believer and I am looking forward to see him play Weeks 1-4.
RB: I like Matt Jones. He has to take better care of the ball, but otherwise I like his style. Riddick is maybe the best receiving RB in the league, so I think those 2 give me a nice combo.
WR: Evans and Treadwell give me 2 big guys on the outside while Amendola gives me a nice option in the slot (If he is healthy).
TE: I bet on Henry here. I liked him a lot during the draft. I like his size, athleticism and he can catch really well. He needs some work as a blocker but he steadily improved at that in college.
OL: They are young and mean. I have Smith on the left side, so that will be secured for years to come. With Mewhort and Tiller, I have 2 building blocks at OG. With Martin I got an intelligent and technically sound Center, who I think will be one of the best in the League in time. I love Conklin. Simple as that. Put the Oregon tape on and you will understand why.

I built my Offense young and around the trenches and I think I succeded at that. The development of young guys like Jimmy G, Jones and my OL will determine the succes of my Offense. Hue Jackson has a lot of pieces for his offense to build around for years. I dont think this Team would win the SB in Year 1, but going forward and given the development of all my young players, I think this can be a very dangerous group for years to come.

Defense:

DE: After the injuries, I think will come back and continue to dominate and wreak havoc. He could be the best 4-3 DE in the league again so I think that is a nice start. I love Sheard, he was underrated before he got to New England but not anymore. He is versatile and plays with effort. Him and Quinn give me one of the better Passrushing combinations.
DT: I think Odrick is best suites as 3T. That is what he will play for me. He is also a versatile guy, which I like on the DL. Brown was my favourite DT in his draft Class (Yes ahead of Williams) and I think he will breakout this year.
LB: I got one of the most athletic LBs with Smith, he can simply fly and make plays everywhere and at any time. McKinney had a very good season and I think he will continue to develop under the keen eye of his LB Coach (who I am not allowed to name yet). Ryan is a guy who can play every LB position. He is intelligent and passionate. I liked what I saw from him in limited snaps last year and reports say he is gonna be a starter in GB.
CB: I love Rhodes and he will benefit from a great Pass Rush. He is inconsistent, but I am confident he will take a step forward again this year. Jackson is a great athlete with a lot of potential. It will be interesting to see how much he can do in year 1. With Dennard I got another young and unproven guy. I loved him coming out of college but he had some injury problems. I hope that he can stay healthy and finally show the league what he can do.
FS: One of the top S with McCourty. Enough said.
SS: I like Conte, he is nothing special or flashy but he does what he is told. He can cover, he can tackle. I think McCourty and him make for a very good tandem.

I think I got some very nice pieces on all 3 Levels of the D. Quinn leads a DL that can be one of the best. Smith leads a young and hungry LB Group with McCourty beeing my "older" guy in the backend to lead this group. I think my CBs are the weakest group on my Team, although with a lot of potential. With drafting Jim Schwartz in the continuation, I think everyone knows what this D is gonna do and that is to put pressure on the QB so that should help my young group of CBs in their development.

It's also a huge advantage for your team to have one of the few elite FS in the league.  I also peg Rhodes to have a real breakout year at corner this year.

Thanks for the comments and evals guys.

QB is a weakness which hurts, but I think in a WCO Bradford can do just enough to pick up those 3rd and shorts to mids, to keep drives alive with Gurley picking up chunks on early downs.... especially with the two talented backs, Pitta, and Garcon - sure hands, great route runners, all capable of picking up those needs yards. I think McCarthy will help to get the most out of him as well.

My O-line is boom or bust. A lot of upside guys with high ceilings but also really low floors. Monroe retiring hurt the floor here - if healthy he wouldve provided a stable, steady presence at LT if Villanueva struggles in his 2nd year. But Villanueva does have a high ceiling, improved all last year and can only go up. Chesters played well lately but also has been terrible. RT is probably my strongest spot along the line.

I actually like my receivers for waiting so long on them. A steady 1-2 punch and if Gordon is cleared to play by Goodell (i read that they met in the past couple days, i honestly think he'll be reinstated) he could really be an X-factor depending on how ready he'll be if he does come back. Coates is another X-factor. With Bryant done for the year he really has an opportunity to fill that role. Athletic freak, just needs to stay healthy and hang on to the ball. Really could break out.

Gurley is the focus on the offense. With much less talent around him at pretty much every offensive position he kept the Rams competitive and in the hunt for most of the year. With a better cast around him he should do damage. Two great receiving backs will let them get creative with personnel groupings especially and Sproles gives me another weapon in the slot or flexed out wide to exploit matchups on a LB or safety.

Could really use another TE with Pitta's history but rolling the dice here on the good reports so far.

LOVE my defense. My front 7 is gnarly.

Can rush the passer with just 3-4 guys and get constant pressure. They can stuff the run too. It really frees my backers up to play sideline to sideline cleaning up, covering zones and to hit anything that moves. Very good coverage linebackers, sure tacklers, good against the run. My front 7/Dline is the best unit on the team by far.

Really like my secondary too. After a brief scare it looks like Talib will be fine and face no punishment from the league, so gives me a top 5-10 CB that can lock a guy down, or control half a field. Amerson will be an X-factor.... Is he more the guy he was last year, probably the most improved DB in the league, or was that a fluke? We'll see, but if he hits I think I have one of the best 1-2 punches at CB in the league.

I picked Byrd bc I wanted a single high, ball-hawking safety that could free up my SS to come down in the box, cover TE's 1on1 and be an enforcer. Cravens seemed like the perfect fit athletically and skill-set wise.... but as a rookie thats gonna be a boom-or-bust position. The lack of depth in the secondary definitely hurts, but im hoping the coverage ability of my LBs will take some of that burden off and allow me to play a lot in base personnel and still be able to handle 3-4 WR sets. Need to grab another DB or 2 in the continuation to really fill this out.

And needed an offensive HC bc thats really where this team needs scheme to overcome some talent deficiencies. The personnel on the defensive side should be able to go out in a pretty basic scheme, get pressure, cover, play the run, etc.... well.

And I think i got a decent mix of youth and vets where this team will compete for a good 3-5 year window with minimal maintenance.... draft good rotational and depth guys, hit on the occasional starter or great player and they should continue to compete for playoffs and titles. An elite quarterback would really set this team off... So, if Bradford can stay healthy and the WCO really brings out his strengths to where he finally lives up to his skill set/talents that could really be the wild card in taking this team over the top.

But, as is its a very competitive team thats going to be in every single game with smothering defense and a ball control offense. Turnovers on defense, a lack of them on offense, and Bradfords ability to hit on the occasional downfield shot will determine if this is a Super Bowl contender or just a playoff contender.
