2016 Draft a Franchise: Division 3 Voting

Who has the best team in division 3 for the upcoming season and who would have the best team in 3 years time?

Please only take into effect selections made in the 26 rounds, do not factor in the continuation.

Each team has clear cut strengths and weaknesses here.

@Ozzsome has Mariota and a strong OL and DL, which should be enough in a division that probably isn't going to score too much. My vote to win the division now.  

@52520Andrew's team depends on the development of Goff, but Donald and Poe should wreck people until then. My vote for 3 years from now.

I'm a big believer in building a strong OL and @usmccharles and @Tru11, you both have QBs with injury histories and with weak OLs, that doesn't bode well. Usmcc has a top defense. Tru has play lots of playmakers for Romo, but will he have time to throw it? Also a strong secondary with Thomas and Sherman.

I picked Tru11 for both as I think Romo and that offense could do a lot of damage, also I think his defense would come on strong as well with the young guys he  has.

Ill be honest, that game was a lot tougher than I thought, the RG3 pick I regret as soon as I made it but that's what happens when that's the last player you draft, I should have went with Sam Bradford, either way an injury history was going to be there with the guys left.  I initially wanted to build an elite OL after taking Kuechly 1st but by the time it was time for my second pick the board was destroyed for me.  I think I got a steal with getting Oher that late, hes not elite or anything but I think he will do the job, well maybe not in this division.  I found it hard to do this as some people were building their team for now...while others for the future, I guess kind of like the real world.

I went the same way. I wanted to take tru11 for this year but with the pass rushing of Andrew and oz that Oline is too big of a liability. If Goff is the real deal Andrews team could be dominant in a couple years.

And this isn't like Seattle where Wilson can make up for some of it. Romo isn't mobile.

Thanks for the love, I made sure to focus on my O-line and running game to help out Goff as much as I could but this team will depend a lot on his development. 

On defense I was hoping for a bit better in the edge rush department but I never got good enough value outside Kruger. Tuitt will probably shift inside so i am still in the market for another edge guy. LB is another weak point but with decent CBs and 3 guys who can do well inside on DL, I think I have a good base to work with on defense. 

I still have 2 picks I am eligible to make whenever I get around to it. Would love to fill out my depth a bit more but as you can probably tell, I just don't have that much time this year.

This was a two horse race for me between @Ozzsome and @52520Andrew . Both young teams, among the best ive evaluated thus far for the future grade. Not quite as strong expectations for the now... USM wouldve been in the convo for the now vote with even a decent QB... but the lack of even a body there hurts the grade for me big time. Went with Ozz for the present so since it was close gave the 3 year vote to 52520.
