Ravens WR Breshad Perriman is participating in Tuesday's practice, his first one in two months. Perriman, the 2015 first-round pick, was activated off PUP on Monday.

Anybody know if he is a full participant or limited?

He'll definitely be limited.  It was said yesterday he doesn't yet have full clearance.  Expect positional drills and walkthrough paced team drills for now.

Active roster could mean that Elam will make 53 man roster just won't play against The Bills.  It's only a certain amount of players that can be activated anyway during a game.

That's not what active roster is. Active roster means 53 man roster, not the discretion of which players are active on gameday. He's likely going to IR.

Looking forward to a good report from Harbs after practice!

Ok. it just doesn't make sense to me to call the 53 man roster a active roster when not all 53 players are active during a game.

They are all on the active roster and could play on any given Sunday, pending decision from the coaching staff. One week they could play, one week they may not. All depends on what kind of roster we want.

Guys that are on IR or suspension aren't on the active roster because they aren't eligible to play at all at that time.

Ravens WR Breshad Perriman ran routes and drills off to the side for 30 minutes while team worked on special teams. He then participated in individual routes, running and cutting without any problems.

Good news. Anyone who suffered a knee injury will tell you, running after a repair is pretty easy to do.  It's the cutting and torque on the knee after the repair that will determine your progress.

Man I hope perriman proves that these have been flukes. This kid could be so special. People kept calling him a torrey replacement, but I think that's false, he's more like the #1 we never had, of course he has to get there first but man I hope it works

He already passed the conditioning test, otherwise he couldn't practice.

I thought for full off season camp participants, the conditioning test wasn't mandated. I also think Perriman has been at the facility for a very long time. So, who knows if the conditioning test was necessary for him? But, either way he's clearly good to go!

Yea theres a rule where if you participate in a certain number of hours or sessions that you dont have to take the conditioning test.

But idk if thats only for vets or if that pertains to everyone. I've only really heard it mentioned in passing, like Flacco said in an interview that he got to skip it bc he was there all off-season... so i dont know what the rules and stipulations are.

Just now on ESPN.com

Ravens WR Breshad Perriman expects to play in Sept. 11 opener. "I have no doubt in my mind that I won't be ready. I'm attacking it right now like I will be ready."

Crossing my fingers this happens!!!

I really hope this is behind him for good... number one just for his sanity. He has clearly had a difficult time dealing with not playing and the scrutiny that comes along with being a top draft pick with a ton of promise, at a position that this fan base has been craving a stud for the longest time.

In the brief glimpses of him from OTA's hes looked good. Obviously its a different ball game going against the full team and other NFL competition... but just on his speed, size and strength alone he should be able to impact a game.

He really does have the tools to be a stand out #1 guy. And i think he'll prove the pick to be the correct one. Really, really pulling for Perriman. Go out and dominate.

Man, I'm too excited about the young guys. From Permian to Ronnie Stanley's impeccable record this preseason, to the possible emergence of Chris Moore, and Matt Judon's presence game in and game out.

Stanley is going to get a major test this week in Ansah. I predicted him to struggle with pure speed guys and Ziggy is already one of the best in the league. We will see how he handles him for hopefully at least a half of a football game. It will be nice to see him for that long against true first stringers.

Why would Stanley struggle with speed rushers? Footwork and backstep and absurd length to engage guys at great distances are his best assets, which just so happens to be the tools needed to best speed rushers...

Just read that harbaugh said judon will get some first team reps.

Good move and he's earned it. If Suggs and Doom don't suit up for Saturday then why not give a guy like Judon first team reps.

seeing the latest perriman video I can't help but be encouraged. He seems to be in very good spirits and ready to go. The kid isn't lacking confidence in the least bit still comes off very humble and ready to work. I'm excited.

Perriman looked great, and he just looked fast. Can't wait to see him run his first Go Route.

To be honest I'm more excited to see him running a full route tree. I know everyone will fall in love with his speed and have flashbacks of Torrey, but I think this guy can be a legit #1 WR in the mold of Dez or Julio. I can't wait to see him run a dig, run the defender off, make a strong catch and just eat up the angle of the safety blowing past him.

I can't wait for his first live snap even if he whiffs a block on a run play that goes nowhere near him

any word on chris matthews?? I think he could bring something else to the table for our WR corps - I'm intrigued by Matthews height, think it could be a nice complement  and give us a different look instead of a whole heap of speedsters and peewee guys

he seems to have performed rather well when he's been out there for us, I cant forget his SB game for Seattle, could he be a little X factor for us

Similar look to what Carolina was throwing at us - with Benjamin and Funchess - just a nice big target who can effectively box out his opponent and reel it in

Matthews doesn't use his size very well. I can't see him cracking the top 6 WR roster, even if healthy.
