Sheesh! What is it about B'more and PED's. I guess Davis and Trumbo will be the next to go.

Not suspended for PEDs.  Please read the article.

The silver lining: he won't count towards the roster for the first 4 games, so the team can keep until after game 4 before deciding what they want to do with him.  The same is true for Nick Boyle (except it's 10 games).

Ultimately having some players come in fresh in the middle of the season can really rejuvenate the team.  It's just a shame they have to do these things to make that happen.

I wonder at times if they are this stupid how can they retain plays from the playbook.

They don't. Then the QB gets blamed for the incomplete pass when the receiver ran the wrong route.

Looks like first place for Waller in the final cuts. Baltimore does not need this type of publicity. NFL players are making big $ and he ruins himself on lack of will power. Since he was suspended two games at Georgia Tech, his resume and future looks negative.

This is disappointing, hopefully he didnt take the same stupid pills as Boyle. Now you are going to have to play like Megatron when on field. No excuses

Read the article three times.  If not for PEDs, then what?

Waller was one of the last ravens I'd have thought this of.  Seemed so smart and honest from the get go.  Still, I want hear his side.

That list of banned substances must be long, if a player drinks some organic tea, they could test positive it seems.....I honestly don't think so many players are even aware, as so many have been suspended so far, and knowing the league has a tight leash on this, it's hard for me to think they all did something purposely...JMO....

All the article says is he violated the leagues substance abuse policy, PEDs dont fall under that category?

PEDs are a separate category.  Notice that it says Boyle is suspended for PEDs.  This would be something else.  If he was already in the "program", it could be as simple as a beer.

Even though he loses a bunch of money and NFL teams are less likely to ask him to play for their teams... He won't count against the 53 man roster. Meaning he has an increased chance of making the roster if a tight end goes down for an extended period the first four weeks...

Weird how you can get around the league like that.
