[News] News And Notes: Receivers Step Up On Day 1

9 posts in this topic

WOW! More stories about our receivers making plays in shorts and a jersey. Never get to excited about all this talk. Reports out of Jets camp is how great Gino Smith looks. That's all you need to know about OTA's.

Don't count on Perriman. Our receiving corps is fine without him anyway. Aiken and SSS are reliable targets and we still have two burners in Moore and Wallace. This TE group is top 5 easy. I'm hoping the put Waller back as a WR and that gives us even more speed on the field. That kid showed promise and heis almost as fast as Perriman, just a lot bigger.

I don't see a need to rush perriman back either, our TE group does look amazing. Would like to see what Waller can do, tough being stuck between two crowded positions. There's a lot of 4.4 guys in the NFL (not as many with his size) but make no mistake perriman's speed is on another level

I'm more concerned about the Linebackers progress than the receivers. Joe is not the most accurate thrower anyway, so guys will struggle no matter who/ how good they are.

Comon man get off Flacco! Would you rather have Matt Ryan? If Flacco is soooooo inaccurate, I guess he would not have a ring besides what is accurate in football? I

I am not sold on Perriman, too fragile! where did this come from? It is irritating to say the least? What will happen when he gets tackled? I mean come on man lets be for real! Get tough! Same goes for Campanarro! Good player too fragile for football! Find another profession?

With a lineup of Perriman,Wallace,Williams,Waller, you have a combination of speed ,height and power for a series or two.

Agreed...our receiving corp is going to explode this year if Perriman is everything we hope he can be
