Whats real sad about this team is they keep throwing good money at at bad prospects and let good guys go. "On May 11, 2015, Perriman signed a rookie contract with the Baltimore Ravens. The deal is reportedly worth $8.7 million over four years with a $4.6 million signing bonus.[13] On November 17, 2015, Perriman was placed on season ending injured reserve" Wake the HECK up Steve!
