I wish it was easy for us, as fans, to see which players were drafted in which scout's region. I mean, it can be researched; it's just a hassle to do so and ultimately not very accurate. Unless I take the time to do this myself, I really don't know if these are solid moves. This article could be vastly improved if the author took the time to highlight notable gems and busts under each person's watch.

What you are asking for is a full blown report. Typically such reports take considerable amounts of time, resources and cost. What return on value is there for going to such lengths? As you say there is not much information available in such a format, mostly due to this exact issue. No one does anything expect to gain nothing. Even giving kindness one expects/hopes to make a positive difference.

He didn't say he expected it, just that it would be nice if more information was provided. I agree with him; I have almost no idea if these are good or terrible moves because I don't know who they've scouted in the past (apart from the couple of players mentioned), these scouts are just names to me. That's not the fault of the writers by any means, it's just hard to get excited over moves if I know very little about how skilled these scouts are. I've got utmost faith in our front office though, so I'm just gonna assume they were good moves and trust Ozzie's judgement.

I did some research on Dwaune Jones  and he previously was The Saints national scout in 2015 but before that was their midwest region scout. Jones has been with The Saints since 2005 and players (successful ones I mean)drafted by The Saints from the midwest region were Carl Nicks, Zach Streif ,Malcolm Jenkins,Tracy Porter, and etc.

Most of those guys have been pretty good starters for The Saints.
