7 Kyle Boller  days until kick off.

Yeah, the guy has his haters and I get that. I will concede he was no super star, but he was far far from the worst QB ever. Far from the worst draft pick as well.

I really believe he was a victim of scirmstances.  O.C.'s, o-line, receivers. He took beating after beating and got up every time. Eventually all those beatings left him scared of his own shadow.

He was always a team player.  Never threw any one under the bus. Was always good to the fans. He was a classy guy. I am disappointed his career never amounted to much.

Oh, just for what it'sworth.  Watch Boller in the game against the undefeated Pats. He played an amazing game that night.

Good to see Ronnie Stanley protecting him from behind ?

5 Joe "Party Animal" Flacco days until kickoff.

joe-flacco-super-bowl-mvp-2013-for-balti

The man that gave Ray the chance to retire as a champion. Not much to say other than he's the best QB the Ravens have ever had.

Adding to today's post....

I can count the days on one hand...

I would say it compliments Raine's post well.

The Sam Koch touch down.

One of the finer moments in Ravens history.

:/ getting bored of this wait..nfl season needs to have 8 more regular seasons games. superbowl can move to april. As a fan of all sports a 9 month plus layoff is flat out ridiculous.

I think all the players would turn to dust before then.

Before doing the next one, you guys missed a perfect number 4 to put in the thread: QB Jim Harbaugh. He played on the Ravens in 1998.

Anyways, moving on. 3 Matt Stover days until kick off.

As much as I like Tucker, Stover is still the best kicker the Ravens have had. He was the team's offense for awhile. Also, Stover is one of only two Browns' players that was still with the Ravens when they won their first Super Bowl (Burnett being the other one).

Wonder what Matt is doing these days?  He used to do one of the Ravens shows.

yeah he was in a few of those ravens unscripted episodes with Ryan mink and garret downing last season. He's a good commentator.

it's not that bad actually..quite pleasant here. I live in Southampton which is near the channel. Been quite nice!

Just saying it's like when you wait so long it gets to a point where the juice just wavers..that'll probably change when it actually starts..i do think the off season is too long though.

Not a jinx but an affront to our Raven sentiments!:)

IDK, as long as the pic is in a Ravens uniform, it's all good.  In fact, at this point it may be bad juju not to!    lol

TWO Tyrod Taylor days until kick off .

Hehehe.

I was pretty pleased to have found this one.

Nothing but respect for Tyrod though.

Tyrod is a good example of a developmental qb actually getting time to develop and becoming a solid starter, something that isn't much of at the QB position.

Love Tyrod. So glad hes doing well and got himself a contract. He's clearly grateful to the Ravens for giving him his initial chance, and developing him. Just seems an all around good guy.

With that said, cant wait to see our front 7 demolish him on Sunday. Hopefully theres a 1 foot deep imprint of his body on the field of M&T from getting driven into the ground so many times and abused - just short of the point of injury. Dont injure the guy, but hurt is quite fine.

Then after, nothing but well wishes for the man.
