2016 NFL Injuries

According to nfl.com, Jordy Nelson suffered at least 2 broken ribs vs Giants.

They'll probably have to win NFC to give him a chance to play again this year.

It's a long recovery time if he won't be back until the playoffs next year. :P

An update on a 2016 injury. Looks like Sam Bradford will once again be the starting Quarterback for the Vikings in 2017. Teddy Bridgewater will likely miss all of 2017.

Beat me to it.

Remember when people ripped that trade? He was really great this year.

Yea and what makes this even more interesting, Bridgewater is under contract one more year then the next year is the team option to be picked up or not.  Player sitting out two years, it would be hard I would think for a team to pick up an option.

I also think Bradford is a better quarterback, honestly.

Yeah probably a good thing for Bridgewater considering his injury history and the Vikings O-line. Right up there with Seattle for worst in the league which is a shame because that defense is legit.

Bradford did surprisingly good for them. I still don't think he was worth a first round pick, but he did better than any other guy they would have found. They badly need to improve their line though.

8-8 after starting 3-0. Shaky offensive line. Bad running game. Really good defense with a legit safety.

Definitely a purple thing in 2016.
