There has to be something up with this guy. He was playing well for Philly. Now can't get on the fiejd for steelers or panthers.

I get the feeling that this guy must have some kind of baggage because the steelers traded a pick for him and I think he played in only one game. Panthers need CB help and they cut him after signing him for a bargain.

No thanks. The Ravens already signed Powers and drafted two CBs to go along with Jimmy Smith, Wright, and Davis.
