I heard the Eagles say that the Ravens targeted Bradford's legs. I am glad we are not doing the joint practice thing.

If I recall correctly, that was during the pre-seaon game.  Suggs tackled Bradford low when he was running the read option. 

Nothing illegal about it.

There was really nothing wrong joint practices. More competition against new faces helps to better evaluate where players are at vs teeing off on each other all the time.

Sounds more like it was due to the energy, time and effort to put hold joint practices. With the Ravens changing the field this year, it probably would have been chaotic to attempt joint practices.

Plus this year, the Ravens will want to keep a lid on what's about to happen on the field. The element of surprise should not be overlooked.

Honestly, I am kind of glad we aren't doing a joint practice this season.
