Memories from the past.

I'm sitting in class today and I was thinking about our last Super Bowl visit. At the time, I was a freshman and since I live in Tacoma, Washington, the birds liked here are not the Ravens. I remember coming into the 2nd half leading the 49ers 21-6 and I couldn't believe how Jacoby took it all the way. I keep watching that return over and over and over. I'm a senior now and it makes me happy that I'm part of the Raven's.

Feel free to post your memories.

Nothing will EVER top the Mile High Miracle for me. I was certain we wouldn't get past the Broncos and each twist in the game gave me a heart attack. I just wanted it to be over but the Ravens kept fighting and proved literally everybody wrong. How could we NOT win the Super Bowl that season after that!!!

That game !!!!
So long.  So stressful.  SO LATE at night it ended.  I could not go to sleep for at least an hour I was SO wound up.  If I recall it was one or two AM before I was able to get to bed.  Good news my boss is also a Ravens fan so he well understood the case of drag butt we all had the next day.

Without question, the greatest football game I have ever watched.

Very cool. Light side or dark side?

OMG! That game took forever! That last hail mary to Jacoby to tie it up!!! I get the chills watching the re-runs!

Also, remember when we blew the Giants out in the Super Bowl? (34-7)

Our 2000 Ravens defense was unstoppable!

That entire game.  I mean,  the first quarter alone was insane.   I had a party at my house and some girl I was with (very hot) wore a Miller Jersey and I was wearing a Ray Jersey of course, we decided at the begining we will go out to the bars that night wearing our jerseys no matter the outcome.   So many people kept coming up to me freaking out,  congratulating me.  That was the best game I've ever watched.

Also,  I knew we would destroy the Patriots.   I won 2 different bar tab bets,  needless to say.... I made them count.

One of my best memories is actually from this past season, I made my first trip to Baltimore to watch my first game at M&T Bank. I've seen the Ravens play before when they've come to play here in Miami, but Sunlife has nothing on the Bank. I got to watch the Ravens PSquad beat the Steelers in December, it was pretty much a Christmas miracle.

So many to pick from, but the one that always jumps to mind when this topic come up is Ravens vs. Sea Hawks.
It was my first NFL regular season game and I was there with a coupla Sea Hawk friends.

We were getting handled pretty well by the Sea Hawks.  We were down by a mile late in the fourth.  The stadium was damn near empty. So few of us there and we were so freaking LOUD !!!!!!! It   Some guy named Anthony Wright was our QB. A 17 point comeback, at the time the largest comeback in Ravens history.

Well, here is a video recap.

It was an amazing game.  I lost my voice for all that night and the next day. I was so proud of the few fans that remained, we made some noise for sure.

My oldest son and I were there as well Steve.  I remember everyone at the end rooting for Jamal to break 300.

Did you laugh at the last play of the game when the Ravens intercepted the ball and scored with no time left? Ravens were way ahead there was no reason to run up the score like that.
