I passed on Sheldon Rankins for me.  I'll just take solace in the fact that if it was real life, Rankins would have been a Panther and not Jackson, but since it was a 1 year team build, Jackson it was.

Tried trading up for Rankins when he started to fall, but price was always too high for me or the other person and a player they wanted instead of trading.

I didnt even had McKelvin on my Board cause I totally forgot about him till around 1 hour before I selected him ...

Lol, well at least you remembered him then. That's why I love the massive rankings I make for this. The rankings aren't rigid, but it makes things a lot easier and players don't slip through the cracks.

Well he was online, and I even saw him in the draft thread... and boom.  Disappeared.

The Chargers just signed James Jones. Makes the selection seem even better. I passed on him since I was an FA.

Did you pass on Jones for Cotchery?

I did. I also had a slight concern about Jones playing better with Aaron Rodgers, but I've been burned before by players in their 30s without a contract. Granted that I'm not at all disappointed in the decision to acquire Cotchery because he's a solid possession complement to the speedy youngsters, but it would've made the decision harder if Jones had a home at the time. Might've leaned towards him instead.

I liked Williams in the pre-draft process and he hasn't disappointed thus far. He's more of a two-down player, but that's what I need behind Karlos Danbsy. Should Pittsburgh move on from Lawrence Timmons in the next offseason, Williams could be in for an expanded role.

Twas a good pick wither way. Cotchery held that Carolina offense together last year

That's kind of how I looked at it as well. Rock solid pick in Jones on your end, especially with how shallow the position is.

Fwiw I'd rather have cotchery than Jones with the rest of the group you have. I think last year was jones last hurrah

Thanks @rmw10 for making my selection. As the people who've taken my board know, Donald Stephenson was on my short list when I drafted Matt Kalil (order was Andre Smith, Kalil, Stephenson). With Stephenson still hanging around, I had to pull the trigger on my 8th OL (4th OT). He's never really been good, but he signed a nice contract with the Broncos in FA that had about $10 million guaranteed.

Plus, the picture looked cool leading the way for my starting RB Jamaal Charles.

Been thinking about Ward for several rounds. He'll likely need development but can be a menace rotating in several Dline spots.

Latham was a UDFA I picked for the Jets. He got in a bit of off field trouble which likely caused him to slide off the board.

Had no choice but to use the picture of the iconic blocked punt against the Falcons.  Mauti saw Gleason's block as a kid and then was able to do it with him watching.

Mauti was pretty damn solid for the Saints last year, so I'm happy to add him to the LB rotation.  I think he could provide a nice alternative to Vic Beasley on running downs.

Fantastic pick in Procise. He was my target at my next pick. Apparently some fantasy analysts expect him to really explode this year.

Anyways I think I'll drop out here. Thank you @Mt. Crushmore for all the hard work you put into this game, and to everyone else for making this another fun way to kill some offseason time! See you around in the forums, and Go Ravens!

Sorry to hear that. I liked him as well. If it helps, he was selected on behalf of @Archeearl92. I know it seemed confusing with the lack of formatting. @CalvinSmoke is currently OTC.

I like the Irving pick. I was strongly considering him when I went with Williams.

Thanks. Irving is in a close battle with Sio Moore for the other ILB spot in Indy. I traded for Moore in the forum mock and now drafted Irving, so either way a team of mine is helped. Irving has always been solid when he's on the field––he just has to stay on it.
