The 26 rounds are 832 picks and we're in round 40 of the continuation. Draft thread has 918 replies, but the back-to-back people have been doing 2 picks in 1 post, so we're at about 1,000 picks I bet.

No such thing as a bad pick at this point

I was just considering Ridgeway with my next choice. There are so many DT in this class.

Good to hear. Exactly right.

Yeah Fisher is my LT. He's shown improvement and hopefully the new deal is another sign of confidence in him.

No offense to Fisher, but the contract he just received seems almost shocking. He fluctuated between solid and below average play last season, beginning on a high note and then trailing off. He's now being paid in the Top 10 among all OTs. I can't blame Kansas City for pursuing him, and I truly hope that he proves his worth in the upcoming years, but I thought for sure that they would've at least re-signed him for something slightly more team-friendly given his level of play.

Mingo was the other edge player I was thinking about when we were talking about Jordan etc.

I thought about taking him as a 4-3 OLB

Apparently Charles Johnson has rebounded from an injury riddled year last year and seems to have his rapport with Teddy back.  He's currently starting on the outside in camp, but I imagine Treadwell takes over that spot at some point.  Even as a rotational WR, I like what Johnson offers and he's merely my #5 guy right now.

Thanks for making my selection @allblackraven. The Bucs defense has had problems for a while now, but I don't think Bradley McDougald is one of those. He's given them solid play at both FS and SS the last 2 years and is only 25. Should be even better in the #3 S role that I have him in. The Patriots ran more 3 S than 3 CB defenses last year, so I was going to take a 3rd S before CB, but that plan was derailed and I saw more value at CB earlier.

Plus, according to Wikipedia his nickname is "Scottish Thunder." That always helps.

Disappointed I wasn't here to make the pick with a Teddy picture:

That was an option, but you could only see the back of the player I was selecting, so I opted otherwise.

Same here.

Always thought he'd be better in an off ball role. Too thin and lanky to play on the tackle

Pretty happy with Shipley and Reid as my backups this late into the draft. Both were starters last year and were not terrible, so definitely serviceable.

I was very very surprised Dial was still on the board and I thought for sure someone would grab him before I picked. He can be a nice rotational fill in for any of my interior D line positions.

Lamur was a player Zimmer really wanted to bring in from Cincy despite having Kendricks and Barr. He may start over Greenway as the third LB in Minnesota

Those two probably got more combined hate than any  o linemen here.

Other than a certain backup OT right now

I like the Lamur pick.  He was on my list of considerations but I wasn't willing to pull the trigger just yet since he hasn't been good.  Zimmer could be the difference though, as Lamur got his first year of starting after he left.

Safely ranked him as my last OT

Finally pulled the trigger on Tramon Williams after thinking about taking him for the last 9458 rounds it seems.  He's definitely old and has slowed down, but I'll take him as my 6th CB to help mentor my overall young group.  He started strong last year and faded off in the second half.  While the obvious hope is that he could put together a full strong year, I'd take a half year with him ceding a job to one of my younger guys.
