Thanks to allblack for the assist, once again.

Even though he's a Steeler, I'm happy to pick up Robert Golden.  I haven't approached this game with much of a plan other than going young, but one thing I had planned for this continuation was to put a heavy focus on the secondary.  I thought that was my weakest spot and the most likely for me to improve with what was left.  Golden has been a decent player for Pitt, and is another one of those guys that can play multiple roles in the secondary.  He's also the captain and ace of their ST unit, which gives some added value.

Lol, nope. Technically, @rmw10 was on the clock but, since it was made at the same time as the next pick post, it could have been accurate for 58 seconds at best.

I have way too much time on my hands today.

You're up I believe

Was hoping Nick Perry would still be avavailable. Good pick. He's reportedly due for a bigger role. Tyler Higbee gets the short straw by going to a team with two quality TEs. Wish I would've gotten him so I could get him involved and not waste his talent spending most of the PT on the bench.

Just because you don't have a TE with potential off the field issues yet doesn't mean you have to have one...

To be fair, I was high on and selected Higbee in the FM before the incident. I gave up on my dream of assembling a team of checkered pasts once you selected Bill Belichick.

lol True that. Thank you. Shots were fired and returned. Obviously wouldn've been elated with Bill Belichick. Great choice there.

Belichick is all mine! I've drafted him both years we've been allowed to draft HCs.

Yep, yep. I do recall that. You've taken no chances.

Yep, a great coaching staff makes all the difference and for all the hatred around Belichick, he really is one of the best ever.

Speaking of coached I'm pretty shocked the other D coordinator I almost took is still out there.

My DC from last year is still available and he has been a good DC for a while. Went with him over Patricia last year because he had more 3-4 experience (which is what I ran). I don't have a list a DCs still available, but definitely 2 good ones left off the top of my head.

Went with Starks, a back Ridgers is comfortable with to fill out a nice group of backs. He can be very solid all around as the primary back up to Ajayi with Vereen as recieving specialist.

Kroft primarily a good blocker but can catch when called upon which fits the offense. He's skated to start with Eifert out in Cincy.

Dupree was bad as a rookie but he's more than worth the risk here.

I like the pick. Less risky than Dion Jordan who already went. I'm happy I got 4 guys I really like early. I may take a risky guy there next round also.
