Why does character matter in a top draft pick? Because you want a guy like Stanley, who will work hard despite his talent. It took Trent Richardson three years to figure that out. Terrence Cody never figured it out.

Gotta love this statement by Notre Dame's HC! Considering that he coached both the comparison w/ Zach Martin is music to my ears.
