I couldn't agree more, Steve - and should that come to pass, I would only be hoping for the Essendon Bombers to be taking part, as Essendon is my side in the AFL.

I like to see Adelaide Crows vs Melbourne

I used to play football (WR and QB) when I was younger, soccer, baseball (pitcher) and I think that's about it.

As far as watching, gotta see every Ravens game. That's the top of the list or just NFL in general. I only watch the World Series and conference finals for both conferences and of course the NBA finals. I just can't get as passionate for other sports like I can with my Ravens/NFL. Kobe Bryant is my favorite basketball player ever and the Wizards are my favorite NBA team, but it's so hard to keep up with the long seasons.

Can't stand baseball. I'd rather watch paint dry than baseball. No offense to you baseball fans. Just how I feel.

I'm with you. Probably the most boring sport out there which is weird because I used to be an insanely good pitcher in my younger days, but even back then it was still boring.

I say Golf is the most boring sport

I follow most sports, and part of why I quite like my job is that it involves working on the sports sections of some of Australia's biggest newspapers. But to narrow it down to a few:

Rugby
NFL
Basketball
Football/soccer (though the state of the professional game in NZ is pretty dire)
Rugby league
Cricket

The order is kind of a take your pick and depends on how I feel on the day. The teams I get really invested in are the Ravens, the Orlando Magic/Tragic, Newcastle United and the Hurricanes in Super Rugby. But it's always nice to see Steven Adams and the OKC Thunder on a roll.

I'm genuinely surprised to see AFL getting a lot of love in an American forum though. Among other names I can't use around here, I call it aerial ping-pong.

To practice? Martial arts MMA. So much fun. To play? American football with friends even if I can't catch worth a damn or throw. To watch? College Basketball and the Ravens even if we suck.

To do: Football, basketball, boxing, soccer then track

To watch: NFL & college football are tied. Then NBA playoffs, March Madness then boxing.

Also, I'm really excited for the Olympics

Do you guys like NFL or NCAA football more? That question always has some interesting answers and reasons why
