It is a 26 round snake style draft where you build a football team how you want to. Very simple process as there is no trading of picks and no requirements saying you have to draft a kicker, etc. It is a fun process and a great way to pass the time in what is a dead period for the NFL and you end up learning quite a bit on other players. If you are worried about not knowing enough about other teams players, there are resources like Bleacher Reports NFL 1000 and Pro Football Focus that can help.

Yeah, looking at team rosters on PFF helps, especially since they tend to highlight who the better players are.

Since we only have two spots left to fill, I think we should go ahead and wait for two more people to join. No reason to rush into this thing so we can draft tomorrow and a couple people miss the chance to play an awesome game...

Yep I'm out this year.  I'm starting marathon training and will be working a lot more due to a major project at work.  The time just isn't there.
