When we have 32 players, randomized draft order is announced. Snake draft, you pick any player you want from current NFL rosters (including this year's draft class) to build your own team. 26 rounds but people are free to continue building full rosters afterwards if they want. 12 hours allocated per pick.

I assume every position?  Also, is there a main directory that list players that have been taken, like say see post #? so that way a team doesn't have to go back through every single post and check players off?  It would be cool if we kept that roster going through the season and could figure out a way to get points, like a full roster fantasy game.  Or just go off of PFF rankings at the end, etc. 

I'm in.  Do I get to pick my team?

Yes, every position, so you build both defense and offense as best as you can.

The big board of all selected players will be posted.

Rankings haven't been done that way so far, someone will likely go through all the rosters at the end of the game and rate few that stand out.

It is basically just a snake draft where we build a football team how we want. Simple process (no trading, etc.)

How is it that the forum mock (a much more complicated game) fills up way faster than the DaF?

Can't speak for everyone but the Forum Mock takes a lot out of me and I just don't have the motivation to play this game. Maybe there's more people that feel as I do and that's why less join. Just a guess.

I always have found the forum mock more interesting since there are a lot more things to do. This game is mainly waiting around on people to pick

I think it's easier to do the forum mock since everything is timed out.  All FA ends at 7 and I know I'm available for that.  You only have to be really available during the draft and that isn't that bad since it's only 7 rounds.

I think they'd be great additions. Has to be a better way to reach them than tagging in a post though.
