Looks like a good pick up, a class act... too bad he won't be available for two years.

yeah that was my Thought, an awesome game changer, but we wont get to use him for another 2 years cuz the military has Dibs on him, smh.. IDK Maybe they work something out where the kid can be stationed nearby and still play ball, who knows

If past is precedence, he'll be able to use up his leave time for training camp but then have to ship out.

I consider myself the ultimate draft guru (not) , I see a trend of draftees that are all class acts, smart tough ,clean, and all dominated there peers on the field , we got a lot younger today and hopefully a lot better....

So you pass up the best linebacker in the because he will sit for a season an rehab. But you draft a kick returner that wont play for 2-4 years because he will be away at sea.

Hopefully Reynolds Naval duties are put on to the offseason... like The NE OLmen was a year or so ago. So he can play..because if they just drafted a guy..who xant play waisted pick

Ever try getting travel insurance if you have a pre-existing condition? Jack had a big time pre-existing condition( by his own admission. Reynolds not so much. Oh, ever hear of R. Staubach?

Read the Mile Preston article about this years draft. Sadly it's hard to argue with his premise and his conclusion..

nfl needs to cut the draft to 5 rds. how many 6th and 7th rd picks are on the roster after 3 years if not cut after their rookie training camp

Agree...solid draft. Franchise LT, 2 x OLB pass rushers, 2 solid D line guys, arguably the 3rd best RB. A move the chains big WR and a couple of DB projects. Yes, would have liked to see a big time CB but it's hard to fill every hole

Hope you are correct. I felt like a Browns fan last year. Want to avoid that as much as possible.

He is hoping for permission from the Navy to play NFL football and fulfill his service obligation concurrently, which it has done for Patriots long snapper Joe Cardona.

C'mon guys. We drafted 5 guys in round 4 and you're upset that in the 6th, we get a true playmaker who may have to sit for 2 years? Who did you expect in Round 6? Adrian Petersen?

What position does this guy play, heading says WR, text says QB, nfl.com draft profile says RB? ... OK so he'll be a WR for us?

Mike Preston is a joke. The GM, Assistant GM, scouts, coaches, etc. all know way more about football than Mike Preston ever will.

This is the only pick to get excited about, except of course, Stanley. As usual, Ozzie can't help himself and MUST draft another wide receiver. I would have thought that they would draft one of the many quarterbacks late, using him to bring along behind Joe. The two corners bear watching, but the rest appears to be a mediocre lot.

First, Keenan Reynolds has the potential to be a lot more than a kick returner. Second, he might be able to play this year, nobody knows yet, it's not unprecedented though. And finally, and most importantly, there's a huge difference between a 1st or 2nd round pick and a 6th round pick!
