Can't Myles Jack get the Kobe Bryant stem cell injection in Germany or is this whole bone/cartilagel a completely different deal?

honestly I think we'll trade back tomorrow, so much available

No way, compensation is too low at this point. What good is fifth 4th round pick if we miss out on our pass rusher? If Spence is there you take him, top 15 talent.

I don't think Garnett was the biggest reach, but moving up to take him was definitely the most head scratching move.

I've said it all along, If there was one guy that I had to bet money on being drafted by us, it was Noah Spence. I'm sticking to that prediction, I think he's our guy. The Stanley pick becomes a whole lot sexier after tomorrow. If we can draft a premier defender in the 2nd that has first round talent, AND managed to draft our future franchise LT, it's a win win.

Who realistically falls to us guys? Can we really get Spence? 4 different players need to be taken before we pick though. Can we actually take a flyer on Jack in the second?

Cleveland could go OL or DL in Whitehair, Spriggs, Reed, Robinson, or Jones. They may even take Myles Jack, shoot.

Tennessee could do anything, really. They're hard to gauge, but perhaps they take a CB or a safety if I guessed. They could also go Jack.

Dallas goes DL in some form, and I would guess it's Kevin Dodd or Noah Spence but I am leaning Dodd for them, but they could take a DL such as Billings, Reed, Robinson, or Chris Jones. They need a run-stopping DL and couldn't hurt to get some pass rush out of them, so I wouldn't immediately project them to take Spence or Dodd. SD isn't going pass rusher, so I think this shapes up really really well for us.

I think Dallas goes Jarran Reed. Run stuffer but also can deliver an inside rush, and would likely be a day 1 starter for them.

I think Billings and Reed both make a ton of sense to Dallas. They absolutely need an interior DL to keep their LBs clean, and I think they know that.  I know Dallas needs an defensive end, and I would understand if they passed on a DL for a DE because the depth of the class but I think they'll go interior DL.

Four players left I would be REALLY happy with, four picks before ours. I can already see what's going to happen.

This isn't to say there aren't plenty more players I would be fine with, though, because there is.

I'm sort of torn on if both Jack and Spence are there. Spence has been my guy since.... well since I really started caring about this years draft. I even wanted him at #6 when he was a sexy pick around Senior Bowl time. But, Jack is arguably one of the biggest pure talents in the entire draft.

Both fit positions of need, both have question marks. Spence's is within his control, but Jack's is completely up to fate. Spence immediately helps on 3rd downs and pass rush overall, while Jack can likely step in day 1 next to Mosley and be stout against the run while providing a HUGE upgrade in coverage over the middle especially on TE's.

I think Jack has a bigger impact overall, but may not have longevity. Spence I think will be the best pass rusher in the draft, but is more of a rotational/role player in the short term and may be somewhat one-dimensional (thought admittedly very good at that very important dimension).

Decisions, decisions...

I can see Dallas taking Spence. Decent chance that either he or Dodd are there

Gotta be Spence or Dodd because of Jack's knee and we have a major need at pass rush that still isn't solved and Jack doesn't help that and pass rushers aren't deep in terms of top talent but there's a lot of potential. I see us double-dipping at pass rusher.

Not sure Spence is a fit with Dallas, he's a true 3-4 OLB. Don't think he's good enough against the run to be a DE.

I see Dallas going for Ogbah or Dodd before Spence.

As long as one of Ogbah or Spence or even Alexander is our pick at #36 I'm fine. However, secretly I am hoping that the Ravens doctors have a definitive answer on Myles Jack's knee so we may be able to take a flyer on him first. I want a stud at 36 period. As much as I've come around to Stanley's pick (because I believe he'll be a pro bowl LT in this league before long), I still want a solid pass rusher.

Apparently Dallas was trying to trade back into the first round for Paxton Lynch according to Ian Rapoport.
