Cant say we did the right thing until it plays out. If Tunsil becomes a perennial All Pro and it turns out that video was from 5 years ago - wrong move.

The same can be said about every single pick...

Wow. Dodd and Spence both fell out of the 1st round, along with Myles Jack! You know SD isn't taking Spence or Dodd, so that means only CLE, TEN, & DAL threaten us to get one of those two. I think TEN is unlikely to take them, so it's between CLE & DAL.

Hopefully Cleveland goes Connor Cook.

Lol allblack call of the night.

So, cleveland, tennessee, SD, dallas, ahead of us, cleveland SD and dallas are real threats to wipe out our pass rushers board, in which case I think whitehair becomes the guy.

Or a sleeper a'shawn robinson

Why would SD take a pass rusher after taking Bosa? I doubt SD takes a pass rusher. They probably takes Whitehair to help their run game and Rivers.

I think we got the safest pick in the draft to be honest. When I thought about it, this was a kid that started all 4 yrs at college, never missed a game, has awesome feet and pass protection, can run block and is very coachable. To top it all off, the cherry on the cake is he is extremely well spoken, articulate and intelligent. What more can we want in an absolutely safe and stud pick?? Ronnie Stanley is the real deal folks. I'm all in now.

I agree he's one of the safest... but i dont like his run blocking at all.

I actually think he'll play LG this year and will be really good at it. Watching his tape, he's amazing when he can latch on to his man right away. In space though, which unfortunately he'll have to be in on outside zone plays when hes asked to pull, he looks REALLY bad at times. He straight up whiffs more often than id like to see. He sometimes just looks straight up confused as to who he's supposed to block when its not obvious to him pre snap.

In a man blocking scheme i think hands down Stanley would be the best LT in this draft. We'll see how he does, I have high hopes, especially with Castillo here. The important thing is he's big, has amazing footwork, and is a top notch pass blocker,

Jack, Spence, Dodd, Alexander, Ogbah and Chris Jones still avilable

Which means at least two of them will still be on the board if we stay pat at #36.

SD could reach on a safety as well to replace Weddle

A'Shawn or MacKenzie Alexander.  That would make five guys and five teams.

Also, you tipped me off to Correa a few weeks ago.  He seems like our floor tomorrow.

I think Jack will go pretty quick in the 2nd.  Teams are going to be more willing to use their 2nd pick on a talent like that.

I don't think Jack not going in the first says anything about his knee that we don't already know. He's just too much a question mark for teams to gamble in the first, he could well fall into the mid or late 2nd, the reports about his knee are just scary.

After how the first has played out I think correa is completely out of the equation. That would be a big reach based on the remaining talent, look at where we pick and then look at the legit first round talents remaining, we have a 100% chance to get a highly graded guy

Speaking of Bama players being available, Reed and Robinson being available still scares me too. Ozzie loves him some D lineman and of course Alabama guys.

Im worried that as much as I, and it seems most of us, love Spence - i just have a gut feeling that hes not an Ozzie type pick. If he's there and we dont take him.... and then he goes on to put up 10 sacks his rookie year as a pass rush specialist I'll blow something up.

I see the guys we like being Alexander, Spence, Ragland all being there. Heck Myles Jack is there too! I would love to take a flyer on Jack man! Who the heck knows? He may become the best 2nd round pick in Ravens history if he pans out!

Cleveland could go OL or DL in Whitehair, Spriggs, Reed, Robinson, or Jones. They may even take Myles Jack, shoot.

Tennessee could do anything, really. They're hard to gauge, but perhaps they take a CB or a safety if I guessed. They could also go Jack.

Dallas goes DL in some form, and I would guess it's Kevin Dodd or Noah Spence but I am leaning Dodd for them, but they could take a DL such as Billings, Reed, Robinson, or Chris Jones. They need a run-stopping DL and couldn't hurt to get some pass rush out of them, so I wouldn't immediately project them to take Spence or Dodd. SD isn't going pass rusher, so I think this shapes up really really well for us.
