Can someone explain why we pick @5 in round 2, and Jags pick 7th?  Some kind of trade earlier?

We were all 5-11.  Everyone rotates each round.

Cant say we did the right thing until it plays out. If Tunsil becomes a perennial All Pro and it turns out that video was from 5 years ago - wrong move.

Unless..... He's 2nd team all-pro and Stanley is 1st team.

I think we got the safest pick in the draft to be honest. When I thought about it, this was a kid that started all 4 yrs at college, never missed a game, has awesome feet and pass protection, can run block and is very coachable. To top it all off, the cherry on the cake is he is extremely well spoken, articulate and intelligent. What more can we want in an absolutely safe and stud pick?? Ronnie Stanley is the real deal folks. I'm all in now.

I think it's because we had the same record and after the first those with the same record cycle

Conversely, he could never finish a full season due to injury and his off the field history follows him and he faces suspensions.

Oh exactly... I was just responding that theres no way to know if it was right or wrong to take him off the board until it plays out. Way too early to say for certain either way.

GM's don't get to draft with a crystal ball. It's easy as a fan to say that. Why would you take a guy with CLEAR red flags when there is a player at the same position who many feel is just as good if not better. Stanley is a better athlete than Tunsil, all week we've been hearing that he could go to SD and many feel he's the best OL in the draft.

Ifedi rounds out the first round and first day of the 2016 NFL Draft. The second round shapes up real nice for us tomorrow. You think we could trade down if Ozzie feels there are enough good players on the board to move down and acquire more picks?

Wow. Dodd and Spence both fell out of the 1st round, along with Myles Jack! You know SD isn't taking Spence or Dodd, so that means only CLE, TEN, & DAL threaten us to get one of those two. I think TEN is unlikely to take them, so it's between CLE & DAL.

Man, a lot of good players fell to the 2nd round thanks to reaches and the WR run. We could get someone great.

Wow jack, spence and Dodd. All available tomorrow.  I know we really like spence in the second but I don't know if we have him ranked higher than those two or even the bama guys. Damn I nervous.

Lol allblack call of the night.

So, cleveland, tennessee, SD, dallas, ahead of us, cleveland SD and dallas are real threats to wipe out our pass rushers board, in which case I think whitehair becomes the guy.

Or a sleeper a'shawn robinson
