Here is the eligibility section:

5.) ELIGILBITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents who are over the age of 18 at the time they complete their Entry and who reside in one of the United States or the District of Columbia from the time they complete their Entries through the time that the Prizes are awarded. Employees, their immediate families and household members of Sponsor and Administrator and their respective management companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, advertising agencies, distributors, brokers and their retailers, are not eligible to enter.
