Did anybody see FOX Crossed out Cubs longest championship droughts?

Cubs 1908

Arizona Cardinals 1947

Cleveland Indians 1948

Sacremento Kings 1951

Detroit Lions  1957

Chicago White Sox 1959

But what about The Cleveland Browns? They have not won a Super Bowl yet or ever played in one.

I agree but I heard cubs fans at wrigley are jerks an they have a lot of bandwagoners, that's kinda sad. Hopefully my A's aren't trash again next season but not holding my breath.

I feel like you have those across all fan bases especially when they start winning. But you know there are a lot of Cubs fans that have been waiting years and years and years for this.  Good for them

They mentioned 1962 I believe for the browns, back then I think it was the AFL title though.

50-60 years after BB retires, you will be one of the Pats fan grandpas, telling stories about the early 21st century :P

“I don’t think there’s too many guys that have won 22 games in the history of the game.”–@RickPorcello on his AL Outstanding Pitcher season

I found this particularly funny because Porcello wouldn't even rank in the top 500 players for wins in a single season in the history of the MLB.

Rick Porcello winning the AL Cy Young over Justin Verlander is a joke. Verlander bested him in most major categories (WHIP, ERA, K's, games with less than 2 ER) and had the worst run support of the major candidates (Porcello was first with over 7 runs a start), but Verlander comes up short?

If having a ton of wins is all it takes...

Beneficiary of someone with an insanely good offense pretty much. David price should have lost a lot more games too he was awful.

Tim Lincecum is preparing for one more shot at pitching glory

It’s startling sometimes just how fleeting success and stardom can be in baseball.

Former San Francisco Giants ace Tim Lincecum knows that all too well. The former two-time National League Cy Young award winner and three-time World Series champion was once poised to become an all-time great and potential Hall of Famer. Then the wear and tear brought on by years of competing and firing baseballs past the best hitters in the world started catching up to him, bringing him to his present day predicament.

Now 32, Lincecum is no longer a star. He’s not a major leaguer either. And to be honest, he’s barely on the radar for teams hoping to catch lightning in a bottle with similar reclamation projects.

It’s been that remarkable of a fall. One that surpasses his rise to stardom in distance traveled. But to Lincecum’s credit, he’s not ready to give up. Not yet.

As Andrew Baggarly of the San Jose Mercury News reported Friday, Lincecum’s agent, Rick Thurman, says his client “is throwing and getting ready for the season.”That means the fact that no one is calling hasn’t stopped Lincecum from pushing to make what seems impossible now a reality later.

Now you wonder why the O's lose? Its because of PETER ANGELOS! He wont even take a shot with bringing Tim Lincecum to Baltimore. Theres an old saying NO RISK,NO REWARD! Look how the Cubs took risks and they won the World Series. When Peter Angelos wont re-sign Jake Aretta he went to the Cubs and became the best pitcher in Baseball. Like i sad before,,Why don't O's fans learn from Baltimore Colts fans by not going to camden yards and two things will happen. One he could sell the team. Two he could move them to Montreal. SO WHAT! LET EM MOVE! And we will get a better team to Baltimore and we can go watch the World Series in Baltimore again. Look how Baltimore stole the Browns from Cleveland,, We saw two Super Bowl championships and the Ravens are a much better organization than the Colts organization. Who knows? When the O's wind up in Montreal maybe the Dodgers will come to Camden Yards and became the Baltimore Dodgers and then we can watch World Series in Baltimore again.

Puig eyeing starting gig with Dodgers or 'somewhere else'

Where Yasiel Puig accomplishes his one goal doesn't appear to matter to him.

Puig lost his starting job with the Los Angeles Dodgers this past season thanks to off-field maturity issues and a subsequent demotion to Triple-A, with trade deadline acquisition Josh Reddick occasionally usurping the outfielder's once-cemented spot in right field.

Though Dodgers president Andrew Friedman has seen "real maturation" from the Cuban recently, the club has reportedly still been open to dealing him before the upcoming season.

But as long as his name's in the lineup, Puig doesn't care where he plays.

"I want to be a starter again, whether it's here or somewhere else," Puig told the Los Angeles Times' Andy McCullough on Monday.

After slashing .260/.320/.386 through the first 105 games of the season, the Dodgers demoted Puig to Triple-A and he missed the entire month of August with the big-league club.

He was recalled Sept. 2 for a game against the San Diego Padres and went on to hit .281/.338/.561 in the final month, though he only started 13 of the Dodgers' final 23 regular season games.

I want the O's Trade for him!!! You realize if O's got him they would become a pitchers nightmare at Camden Yards. Plus it would give O's speed and outfield defense. Puig would be the answer to O's leadoff hitter
