I think the one thing everyone has failed to mention is the downfall of Webby since he cut his dreads!!! I'm pretty sure they were some source of power for him.

I disagree with this statement, Most replays show Webb slipping off and dancing with players. Not hitting and tackling.

IMO Webb does not play anywhere close to deserving this cap number, Check out the link below. 

He needs to restructure by ALOT or be released or traded. Same with monroe.

In fact I think between Weddle and Webby, we have a really strong safety tandem. Both are pretty decent in coverage, instincts, turnovers, and both are sure fire tacklers. I believe we need to let the TC play itself out and see who our two best safeties are. In any case, having these two at safety it is easy to disguise who the strong and free safety is for that particular drive and that creates confusion for offensive planning too.

I am not sold but I think its the only meaningful fit for Webb.  Webb I think still has football IQ and great hands, he will get some INTs.  I won't count him out until I see what he does this year.  A lot of people are down on Webb but I remember his good years and the promise of being being a top 5 CB in the NFL... he got injured lost speed which hurt his CB stock but at safety he might surprise a lot of people.
