20 Year Anniversary of the 1996 NFL Draft - Ogden and Lewis becoming Ravens

20 years ago, two great players became inaugural Ravens. Jeff Zrebiec wrote a couple good stories about it, including a lot of Ravens anecdotes I had not heard before. 2 Super Bowls later, it worked out pretty well.

It would be funny if our first two picks repeated this moment (Tunsil & Cravens, for example).

That would be cool. Tunsil or Ron become a hof as well as cravens/nkemdiche/ngakoue/ even Jaylon could be ravens pick in round 4 and end up a hall of fame career. Maybe even a wr  in round2 like Thomas . Could even trade back into round1 for Spence. 2 hall of farmers is not out of the question but a good jumping off point could be drafting 2 multi time pro bowlers.

Imagine how many more superbowls we could of had with a QB, we had one good year with McNair.  Such a dominant defense for so long.  Hopefully we nail this draft, I think we will.

Always liked Hasselbeck; and he was exactly the type of QB we needed. Accurate, smart, takes care of the ball, makes plays with his arm and legs when you need him to. With Jamal sharing the load, and JO watching his back  +  those defenses...wow

Back then, they had to have a jacket with Baltimore Ravens on it because the logo and uniform designs weren't ready for another month and half.
