I prefer to wait 3 years before using the "bust" label but at least let the kid play a game first

Its not so much against Perriman is that Ozzy thought he would be a great number one pick. Ozzy is getting a C or D+ lately. I'll take a guy like Boldin any day over a guy that could be just fast.
