Whew, so many medical concerns with several of these first round picks in this year's draft.  It makes the draft EVEN more of a gamble.

Give up the #6 pick, the highest pick we've had in years and hopefully the highest we'll have for years to come...for a late 1st, a late 2nd and a couple mid rounders next year? Thanks, but i'd rather take a chance on a possible pro bowl starter.

He was productive last year.  Any player that produces should be given a chance to make the roster.

Plus he's dirt cheap.  

He was more dirt cheap than productive. The numbers he put up just don't support this claim.

He also played behind some less than stellar offensive lines. That certainly impacts your running ability. Either way let's see the best backs emerge to make the team becoming better through competition.

I guess you can make the same case for Richardson then. Not like the Browns, Colts, or Raiders had great lines when he was there.

I think somebody messed up in art school:

Silver and Black make: YELLOW! "Color" rush is a bit of a misnomer when you're dealing with black because it's a shade. A team that already predominately features black as a main "color" really can't flash it. The Ravens for instance already have an alternate all black jersey. So why don't the Raiders do something with like a chromatic looking silver to make that color pop? I think that would look pretty cool. Maybe the Yellow color scheme is based off this:

And how can you not rush the color red? There are SO many options there. Maybe the Cardinals could get a blown up image of their logo on their jersey? I dunno, that would make more sense then a color they don't even have.

That's why their "color rush", so teams can try something different. Although to be honest, I thought most of them were horrible. Hopefully the Ravens can pull off using MD state flag colors, but if their anything like those horrid uniforms we wore against KC I may have to turn off the TV and listen to them on the radio.UGLY!!!

Then I'd prefer a color flush...right down the crapper. Teams shouldn't color rush colors that have never been associated with the team before. The Ravens do have yellow as an accent color. There's a reason why they never made it a primary color. I like the Maryland flag idea but how are they going to make it look good and yet different from what the Terps are using?

They did this just so Madden could offer another "new" feature so simply.

I agree. Though to nail down a pick outside Bosa, Ramsey, Buckner or Elliot. IMPO The rest have had injuries After learning about Permian's knee disease he has earlier in life. REALLY makes me worry about him.

The color rush idea is flawed. Using colors not normally present in nature is just a horrid idea, that means for most people the eye is trained to see them as unnatural and want to avoid them. The result is the intense dislike of the concept, could have told them that. The going with it is following the sunk cost fallacy throwing good money after bad because of "the investment". The Ravens seem to have the idea fine right, if they want to do a special uniform game they need to do a radical redesign that people have a chance of finding pleasant.

they replace the MD flag colors with the Ravens colors. Change the yellow to Ravens gold, keep the white and black as is, and replace the red with Ravens purple. Voila - MD flag themed, while retaining the Ravens colors. hence the caveat on the leak "Flag colors TBD"... means theyre working on how much of the actual flag colors to keep and which parts to replace with ravens colors.

its got a lot more to do with breaking the monotony of over used colors like blue, white, and black; at least one of each you can find in pretty much every NFL color scheme.

Al the color rush uniforms have featured colors that are actually associated with the team wearing them, typically giving an accent color the full spot light instead of the team's usual primary color.

seems like the Raiders used to have some gold in their logo once upon a time.

The Lions and the Cardinals still dont make sense though.
