Nfl's Greatest Games

They're showing our first battle with the Steelers on NFL Network right now. It's interesting to see how much Flacco has progressed, and how different our entire offense looked. I encourage you guys to tune this game on if you don't have anything else to watch.

[/quote]

It's amazing how much they're using McGahee and how little action McClain is seeing.

My god those are some ugly throw back uniforms. LOL Can you believe that there are actually Steelers fans that want the Steelers to wear those this weekend?

Differences I have noticed:

-Our offensive line has improved from this game. They were still trying to find their rhythm that game.

-You can tell McClain runs the ball much better now. I saw a few plays were he tried to cut back on some runs and didn't know how to hit the hole like he does now.

-Flacco doesn't look nervous, but he certainly is more confident now than that game.

-I think Ray Lewis looks better back then. He seems a little quicker and really hit the running backs hard.

I turned it on for a few moments and realized I can't watch this game again. I'm waiting for this AFC championship game. I'm hoping this becomes one of those "classic" games that go down with the ages.

I actually agree. Although Ray is by no means slow, the fatigue is now evident for a guy who is going on 34.

Ray is still playing really well, but he just looks so much more crisp in week four, or whatever this was.

this is actually a good game. we played well in this game but had some plays go against us. flacco held on to the ball a little too long sometimes and paid for it. our o-line has improved. but the major difference i am seeing now is the same thing i want to see on sunday. we threw the ball a lot more than i am seeing us do in the playoffs. the short passes and passes in the flat. power running by willis and mcclain. that's what we need to eat clock and put points on the board. i think we could have won this game. we need to do better at making those tackles. we can't miss tackles like i am seeing. the same thing happened vs. the titans this weekend. hopefully we can get some rest and come back ready for sunday's game. we can do this guys!!!

Consolation prize is, they might show replays of the two meetings in 2006 later in the week. ;)

Flacco and the O-Line lost that first game for us with his fumble, pure and simple.

Hopefully this week with our improved O-Line and more aware Flacco, we won't make any mistakes to give the game away.
