Would jaylon smith be a logical pick at 36? seeing his injuries made him lose value he might fall. Maybe not that far but its a chance.

There's also a chance he never plays football again.

He'd be available at 36, but not sure you want to use that pick on a guy who you know for certain won't play football in 2016 and depending on rehab, maybe never.

If we don't get Ramsey(who I think will be gone)or Hargreaves(I don't know how much the FO likes him)at #6, I would'nt mind getting a CB at #36...I think eli Apple will probably be gone but kendall fuller may still be around...cyrus jones is an Alabama guy, so Ozzie could look at him, or will Redmond from rival Mississippi state could be an option. In any case, i'd like to see us add another starting CB, and this could be a good spot to snag one.

Too much of a gamble at #36. Our top 3 picks, if we don't trade up or down, at #6, #36 and #70 need to be starters or at least rotational players. If Smith is still around in the 4th take him there. We have 4 picks that round.

Pick 36 should yield an impact starter so I really can't see the Ravens taking a chance on a guy that may or may not play.

Jaylon has a medical re-check this week - that will ultimately decide where he goes in the draft. That aside, for right now I see him as a 3rd-4th Round guy.

He was a little vague at his pro day about the issue of nerve damage in his knee. If there is none, expect him to vault up the draft lists. If there is nerve damage, expect him to fall into the later rounds of the draft.

I see our first pick being a defense player. The only exception at #6 is L.Tunsil and if only if Ramsey, Buckner, Bosa and Jack are all off the board. If we trade back there's an outside chance depending on when we get that first choice we may consider E Elliott - RB. But that's if we fall back to #15 or so. At #36 again defense seems the choice from among a CB, ILB, OLB. If we do trade back and have a couple picks in round two, the then an OT like Decker, Conklin and Spriggs come into play with one of the picks. Since wqe don't have complete faith in Monroe and Hurst seems overmatched, the ravens need an OT in the first four rounds. One that can at least be a dependable backup, if not in line if Monroe gets hit by the injury bug again.

If Tunsil were there at #6, we would pick him ahead of every single defensive player in this draft.

We should strongly consider drafting Cody Whitehair at 36. He is considered a nasty guard who is versatile and could play tackle just like Zach Martin who the Cowboys drafted in 2014. If he falls to us it would be great value as well. If we take Buckner at 6 then we would have two starters for the next 10 years dominating the defensive and offensive lines and that's where it all starts.

What was the point of this article? This time of the year is a drag as any statement on the draft is made into a complete article of common sense. lol But anyways, our pick at 6 is almost 100% sure to be a stud, Ozzie is a wizard at making those calls. 36 is tough, as a lot of really good talent will be available, but a few might be lingering ahead of us that need to be plucked before the Titans and Chargers get them! They have similar needs of defense as we do and Cleveland will likely target a WR

Round 1= Bosa or Buckner
Round 2 move up = Noah Spence

we will be back to dominant D

I want that combo very bad, but unless we come back into the first or skip ahead of Tennessee at the top of the second, I don't see him lasting. Both the Titans and Chargers need a pass rusher and it makes logical sense they will covet him too.

Ramsey is a top 3 guy, who I think everyone would love and Hargreaves is a highly likely consolation prize if no defense is taken and Tunsil, Bosa, Ramsey, Jack, and Buckner all go before us. At 36, I see the most likely top corners available being Alexander and Fuller, which will really help cement our secondary moving forward. Corner is almost a guaranteed selection in the first three rounds it seems.

I really like the Raven picking Hargreaves assuming Tunsil and Ramsey are both gone. The ravens need a corner and good ones in free agency cost too much. And then fill in the offense and defensive lines in the second, third and fourth. I would love to have a pro ready corner opposite of smith considering he is our only proven starter as of now.

Can someone please explain to why the second round of the draft is jumbled up?Why are the Browns picking infront of the Titans, the Ravens picking in front of the Jaguars and why are we pick #36 instead of pick #38?I know the pats lost a pick but what else happened?

teams with the same record the previous year rotate draft positions in each round.

Elliot is going to be chosen in the top 11 players. I'd feel happy with him but i'd prefer D.

Buckner or a sleeper say.... Elliot??

Agreed the number 36 pick requires more work, BUT, you had better get the number 6 pick right. Recent boneheaded drafts of number 1 and number 2 picks have decimated the Ravens of young talent. With the exception of Mosley, they have blundered their way through the first two rounds consistently picking lemons. Elam, Perriman? Ugh.

Add Perriman to pick#6 and #36 and its like we have 3 first round picks.

Word!

Seriously? Perriman? A guy who has yet to catch a pass in the NFL and who had a reputation of dropping balls at a mid level college. That is who you are praising?

That first picture could either be the three Wise men or the Three Stooges depending on the out come of this draft.
