C.J Prosise has a similar ceiling to Ezekiel Elliot

Thats a bold one! I see a very good receiving back in Prosise, some fumbling issues. I don't think he's anywhere close to Elliot in term of pass protection/blocking.

He reminds be a bit of Shane Vereen

I was watching ND play this past last year, before I knew any college players, I think against Clemson where they lost by not getting a 2pt conversion.  I said to the people I was watching it with, #20 is a stud...I want him.  Didn't realize who it was until just now...

Prosise has to fix his fumbling and might need a few years to learn pass protection but he has a rare combination of size, speed, power, footwork and hands. He does have an injury history though so he's probably suited to sharing the workload as opposed to being a workhorse.

Speaking of rbs. Where is the love for Kenneth Dixon? Dude moves like sproles but has respectable power, he reminds me of Ray rice if he had the top end speed to not get caught from behind. He is the most exciting back I've seen in a while

He's one of my favorites in the draft, he's gotta be one of the most elusive shifty backs in the draft but like you said the speed isn't exactly there, and as much as I like Dixon I'd really like to grab a RB to add some speed to our RB group.

For wrs I gotta give Coleman the highest ceiling. If that dude came from Alabama or LSU he would probably be a top 10 pick. His only real concern is that he wasn't consistent going over the middle and that he didn't run the full route tree because of his system

Very inconsistent hands

I think as far as high floors go, Sheldon Rankins will be way up there. His biggest knock will be his size, but Geno Atkins and Aaron Donald proved that can truly be an advantage for a 3T.

The inconsistency in his hands came mostly over the middle which he was only asked to do rarely because of the system. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was out of his comfort zone because he had probably no real coaching in terms of playing a possession type role. He hasn't exactly shown bad hands with some of the great catches he's made, you can't coach hands but you can coach a player to get more comfortable in all areas which will lead to more consistent hands

Fwiw I've liked Dixon for years he's the #2 rb in the draft and should come off the board rd 2.

I like Dixon's versatility, I think his durability is more of a problem than his hands, I think it limits him to a complimentary/committee approach. Paul Perkins could be serious value past the 3rd round, he breaks more tackles than Fournette and Elliott but could pick up a few pounds and learn pass protection.
