For those of you that don't know him, . . watch this video of Shaq Lawson. he doesn't just get to guys, he annihilates them. That truly is the term that fits. Worth a watch.

I am confident that Jack, Bosa, or D Buckner will fall to us at six. In fact the top four players we would be looking at (in the top 6 picks) defensively would be those 3 plus Ramsey. Chances that all four are gone before pick six is slim... especially when we consider that Tunsil and the QBs are all in the mix. I see us landing one of the four and I am hoping that somehow Ramsey will fall to us but I don't think that is likely...

Lawson is gonna be a monster. If the Ravens pass on him at 6 I don't think he will be there when they are back on the clock. If they were to trade back form 6 I think they will target Lawson.

I love Lawson personally, but the way many scouts and analysts are looking at it, he will likely go somewhere between 10 and 20, which would be an ideal trade back scenario, or potentially trade up if he last towards that magical number 20.

I will state it now, we will walk away with a complete game changer at 6, but most likely won't be Lawson, but at the same time, if the right team does draft him, he will be the player other teams wish they selected.

He is a pure monster at 6'3, 270. He has a serious bull rush that he uses with his strength and almost entirely natural leverage abilities. He can seriously run through Tackles if they're not ready, which is where he uses a sick spin move once the Tackle commits to stopping his bull rush. My other favorite things is that he is very athletic, intelligent, has a good motor, violent hands and is a stonewall to run against. I love the scouting report conducted from an ACC coach that said we simply never ran it Lawson's way because we knew we couldn't do it lmao

Dear Sweet Baby Jesus,

Please have a bidding war for QB or RB needy teams, such as the Niners, Eagles, and Rams to move up to get Wentz, Goff, and Elliot. If any combination of those two go ahead of us, then it ensures one of those very bad men up above will be in black and purple, but if at least one does come off the board, then we will at least have Hargreaves solidifying a secondary that just got a supercharger installed into its engine.

I think we'll end up drafting VH3 with our first pick. Or we might be in for an awakening with Elliott being our pick! I can't understand why Elliott never made the conversation in the presser today. Although there isn't a big need for us at the moment, I would love to know what Eric and gang think of him. The second pick is going to be really exciting to see who we actually pick.

I got a feeling Ozzie and the front office are going to hit a grand slam with atleast 3 picks this year(Multitime Pro Bowlers) 1st rnd, and 2nd rnd expecting Pass Rusher/Lbrs.. Bosa,Spence,Jack,Buckner,Kawson etc..same rnd 2, Spence,Dodd,Jaylon Smith,Nkemdche etc

The nightmare scenario is that Tunsil, Bosa, Ramsey, Jack, and Buckner go before we pick.

Very possible, but I also saw a mock draft that would be the dream scenario for us. It had Tunsil, Wentz, Buckner, then I believe Goff or Elliot (Offensive player is all I remember), then Jack going 5th to the jags. That would mean Ramsey falls right in our lap. Bosa would also be available. That would be the best possible scenario IMO, and we would get an instant upgrade on our defense.

We really need at least 2 teams in front of us to take offensive players. Maybe we can even get a third with a trade up. Just have to wait and see.

Elliot is a great player and I know we always go BPA, but I think there will just be to much defensive talent available to go RB at 6. We also don't have much of a need at RB, but we have a couple needs on our defense.

No the nightmare is Ozzie selects another "Matt Elam" over one of these guys.

not really... If it plays out like that we can draft Hargreaves for our #1 or trade down and draft Shaw Lawson. If we draft Hargreaves in the 1'st we have a shot at Noah Spence or Ogbah.

If we draft Zeek I will probably throw my TV out the window

But, after listening to Eric DeCosta speak yesterday, I got the sense that the defensive draft is extremely deep this year at every level of the draft. He mentioned that there were 35 additional defensive draft-able players this year alone. Therefore logically, it wouldn't shock me to see the Ravens go offense @ #6 especially a talent like Elliott. I personally wouldn't love it, but if Bosa, Jack, Ramsey and Buckner are all gone and we don't have a good draft partner to trade back, I won't be shocked at all.

I appreciate the comments some made about Lawson. he video I linked is impressive. He would be a great trade back choice for sure . .saying getting him at 10-15 and securing another round pic to boot.

Of course he looks impressive in a highlight reel.  The problem with evaluating a player based on highlights reels,  is that they make everyone look like a superstar.

Although hes not in the conversation as much, vernon Hargreaves would not be a bad pick at #6. We desperately need us some CB's, and though I would love for it to happen I can't see Ramsey falling to #6. I would doubt noah Spence being there at #36 either, but we can all dream. Nkemdiche, Ogbah and jaylon Smith all sound interesting though.

That's true for the average fan.  However, NFL scouts who are interested in Lawson, you better believe they have watched film of EVERY single down that he's played the past 3 years.

Sounds a lot like Ike Taylor's mock draft, except he had Goff at #2 instead of Wentz(And Elliot at #4). If you want a good laugh, check out his mock draft. He has Ramsey falling to #9, Bosa to #11 and Wentz falling out of the 1st round entirely.

Goodness, Ike Taylor should either be drug tested or straight up fired for that mock lmao

I think the Ravens press conference stating that they do take a look at Mock Drafts and Ozzie mentioning the people by name was some lip service for the NFL Network and not to be taken seriously at all.

Do any of you think that you can gain any insight from a Mock Draft about what any team in the NFL is doing? With all of the subterfuge and gamesmanship about what teams will say and won't say in the media, really?

How many of these mock drafts are actually accurate? The experts like to think they know what teams are doing. They try to think about who the best talents are and match them up with what perceived team needs are. It is logical to do that for sure, but these people don't really know what teams think their needs are and what the best way to address them are.

If they were so accurate, why are these people releasing multiple versions of their own mock drafts?

Lawson seems more like a reactor than a playmaker, he's still missing production on his pass rush.

My point was only joe blow fans evaluate a player off a highlight real.  NFL scouts watch every down of film on a draft prospect they're interested in.

We are on the same page.

I've watched him every game, for 2 years. Each game is the same thing. I posted the video for those of you that don't know him.
