It seems Flaherty,Manny,Schoop and Davis have the best infield defense. When J.J Hardy comes off the DL can O's trade him, along with Dyland Bundy and Matusz to Oakland for Sonny Gray and Billy Burns? O's are 1 pitcher away from being a serous contender. They need another starting pitcher And Sonny Gray is the ace they need.

Sonny Gray has an ERA of over 6 and is now injured. I think he did that diving for a ball to make a play at first. Are you sure you want a guy like that on the team?

Man I can't wait for us to be done with this bum. We need to just bite the bullet and send him down even if we haven't gotten an ounce of value out of him for the amount we threw at him.

Watching him blow it time and time again is getting old. :(

But O's have a better infield defense when Hardy is injured Manny can play great at short and Flaherty plays great at 3rd.

The Orioles have acquired minor leaguers RHP Brandon Barker & LHP Trevor Belicek from ATL for LHP Brian Matusz. pic.twitter.com/C0VKDVZqPD

Traded the 76th draft pick along with Matusz, who is going to be DFA'd by Atlanta.  Gave up a draft pick just to dump salary...

We have a bunch of LHPs in the minors who have options.  We need option players in the bullpen so we can rotate with an extra starter as needed.

Tough loss last night, Astros BP outlasted ours.  A shame to waste another quality start from Tillman.

Leaving the bases loaded twice and striking out 16 times will generally get you a loss.  I'd like to see our guys go back to being the patient hitters we saw to start the season.

O's biggest mistake was Adam Jones who didn't play center deep enough

Kim needs to be playing more. He might not mash the ball, but he can work a count and be selective at the plate.

Weren't you saying he was a bad signing at one point?

I can't remember if it was 52 or 54, but the Orioles set the MLB record with the most strikeouts in a three game series.

I was working, so I didn't see all of last night's game, but what I did see was embarrassingly impatient hitters.

Trumbo has come back down to Earth, just like I figured.

Though the contract itself, in regards to him not being able to go to the minors, was bad.  Thought the team handled the whole situation poorly.  I did like the signing from day 1 though.

I did say he wasn't going to make the roster though, but that was back when they decided to not even let him play for what felt like 83 ST games in a row.

I am going to stay on the optimistic side and say that it was about time that the Astros got their pitching back together. We really need to work on curveballs though, that has been a very common theme these past 4 games and I think we will be seeing them until this team proves they can hit them better.

Good thing the Orioles won't see Clayton Kershaw

They don't need to the way they are hitting curveballs right now. Gotta get better there although I think they will

He really struggled in Spring Training so I am fine easing him into things. I think part of the reason he is doing so well is that we weren't seeing a lot of fast pitches which seem to be what he has struggled most with.
