[News] Ravens 'Not Finished' Adding Players

More and more I'm liking the idea of taking Hargreaves. Its a passing league and you can never have too many good corners. With Smith , Hargreaves , Wright , Arrington , Davis and Webb & Weddle. A healthy Suggs. Defense could be dominant.

We match up well with receivers (other than Green)... we typically shut top guys down. What usually gashes us is a few big plays (weddle should solve that) and TE's and slot receivers over the middle. Myles Jack is the answer to that. Plus he brings pass rush ability, and is a great sideline to sideline tackler. Myles Jack improves our D the most day 1 imo... and has among the highest upsides in the entire draft.

I agree with the Hargreaves move too.

I am feeling like Hargreaves and Myles Jack would be worth staying put at #6. As Ozzie said, "You can never have enough corners." Myles Jack can really cover the middle of the field for us and we could use another quality LBer. I was thinking we could really use Stanley but we need a boost on defense. Hopefully Monroe can stay healthy.

You know a player in this free agency that is underrated... Zach Brown, he's a good young linebacker who I think would he a good pickup for us or any team.

Zach Brown is a good move if the price is right, he may have his best football ahead of him. 2-3 mil tops. Ill take Rueben Randle for that cash. Upshaw, Aiken and West need deals. Then the draft.

Randle signed with the Eagles for $1M for one year.

Too bad Randle signed with the Eagles. If I knew he was gonna sign for cheap like that, I would've wanted us to get him. Also I think Zach Brown might sign for cheap because he's kind of a "under the radar" player. Unfortunately I don't think the Ravens are even looking at him.

If Ozzie and Decosta are thinking MLB or CB at 6 then it may be smart to move back to 10 and get a late second or so. Darron Lee is 95% of what Myles Jack is without the injury concern and Alexander is 95% of what Hargreves has to offer. Stanley wouldn't be too much of a reach at 10 and my wild card of this class is Leonard Floyd (Von Miller potential). Moving back would still land us a stud in a position of need and give us the ability to move back into the first round from 36 and snatch another stud.

The only 3 players I see worth staying put for are Ramsey, Tunsil, and Bosa.

Randle's best days are behind him and he isn't that good anymore. Even when Beckham was out, he didn't produce. I'd take Aiken over Randle now.

I'm not so sure Hargreaves has the speed to keep up with most WR's in the NFL. Speed isn't everything I know, but at corner it certainly helps. If he gets burnt it will look bad. I read an article where it says that his yards per completion against was like 16.5 yards, that's pretty large. I don't like the idea of Wright/Arrington being our #2 with Smith being our #1, but I don't think Hargreaves is the guy. His 40 was 4.50? He's also only 5'10'' which doesn't help us with the whole large receiver thing. If he was 6'2'' then maybe we're talking.

I ran a faster 40 than Hargreaves back in the day. 4.45. Too bad I was only 5'10'' and 175lbs. That and blowing out a knee doesn't help things.
