I am not happy with what I heard last night about the rules changes. They were discussing (still) the probability of the kick-off being removed from the game entirely... What are they doing to our game?

I am very happy with the passion o Harbaugh for the game of football and his players. His proposals for rules changes makes sense, but will likely fall on deaf ears. In fact, they robbed us of our zone stretch run scheme by eliminating chop blocks entirely. So in lieu of helping the game, they destroyed a big part of it in today's rulings. The one thing we didn't want we got and the things we want, forget about it.

the rule I'm having a problem with is adding part of the jersey to the horsecollar rule. Whats the defense suppose to grab? Is this two hand touch below the waist? Any part of the jersey should be "grabable" as long as you don't get into the neck area of the shoulder pads.
